Great experience. I went to two stores in Athens because I was shopping nearby and ended up driving to my Jefferson store due to the experience I had at the others. Everyone at this Jefferson store was helpful and fixed my current issue. No wait, happy and smiling workers. made me feel confident about my purchase

I had an awesome experience on Friday 5/21/21. I don’t remember names, but the blonde and the girl with the curly brown hair were absolutely amazing! They took great care of me and my Pops while switching his line over from Verizon to my AT&T account! They went way above and beyond to make this an unbelievable experience. Thanks to both of you!

I went in on Saturday for an upgrade and Autumn Savage was awesome! She helped me decide what phone to choose, got all the accessories I needed and transferred my old phone info to the new phone and made sure before I left, that I was comfortable with my new phone and to call back with any questions!
