Great customer service and options for shipping

Very friendly and out of their way helpful. They take most anything you need to mail. They have also really helped me with things I've needed printed. I definitely would recommend Package Manager

This place is a joke. I called three times to have tracking info sent to me. Last two times no one returned my call. Today they had the audacity to call me and question me if AirPods were in my package because they lost them for another client. When I said no, the guy kept asking like he didn’t trust me. Clearly this place doesn’t have it together.

The Xelecx team has used Package Manager for a variety of products, including shipping displays to trade shows, warehousing, domestic and international shipping and have always been incredibly pleased by the hard work that the Package Manager team does. If you need anything shipped, do not hesitate to use them--great people!

POOR packing job. Items shipped loose on top of pallet. Very over priced... $250 to pack and load one pallet. Tacked on 10% to use my carrier.

The worst experience I have dealt with thus far when it comes to having a PO Box. I wish I had paid closer attention to previous reviews and steered clear of this business. Employees have lied about package delivery. They pass off blame on everyone else (USPS, UPS, FedEx, other employees) and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. If you are hoping to get a PO Box, sure you can get one, but good luck actually getting your mail or packages. On 3 separate occasions this business has either lost or sent back my packages due to the ineptitude of their own employees. When questioned they would follow the typical diatribe of deflecting, redirecting and shrugging their shoulders. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was given the run around and told to try stopping by at random times throughout the day. Never did they offer to take my number and have the owner call me (maybe that is too forward thinking). The only redeeming quality of this business are select few employees. Some of the staff are extraordinarily friendly and really do want to help, but with all the problems I have had and the inaction of taking care of the numerous problems I have encountered, I cannot in good faith recommend this business. Beware and go someplace else; I wish I had.

Charged $40 to pack 6 documents. Then shipped the package with a 5 day method instead of 2 day requested. Expensive items left in limbo. Then rude customer service when confronted with their mistake.

Packed an oil painting I won at auction very thoroughly and safely for a fair price. I was very impressed. I'd highly recommend them. They went above and beyond my expectations. I'm saying this as someone who has dealt with many shipping companies. Sometimes it's a big hassle but they made it easy.

Gwynn Gibson and her staff at Package Manager are extremely helpful and always available to answer my questions. They have always made sure that no matter what it is that I ship, close by or far away, small or large, that it is handled with upmost care and the best possible packaging. I always feel my package is taken care of and I wont have to worry about it after I leave. Some places dont care or treat customer's packages with respect and care, but this is definitely NOT the case with Package Manager. I highly recommend and will continue to use them for many more years to come.

I have a mailbox there. Mail isn't delivered until about 1pm by the postal service; however, they decided to close at noon the day before Thanksgiving, and the entire weekend after Thanksgiving. So, this evening I will finally able to go pick up FOUR DAYS WORTH of my mail. I get that people want to be off for the holidays but people also like being able to get their mail before it's almost a week old. At least have someone come in for an hour and sort the mail each day.
