Went to metro to switch over from Cricket today,Brisny was really nice got me an iPhone with a casé and screen and help me save $30 on my monthly bill! She even got me a tablet. She is Wonderful very polite and knows what she’s doing!

I love the employees at the Hogansville Rd. Location. They very knowledgeable of their products, and I'm in and out, with my problem solved. I love Metro by T-Mobile, they are the best for me.

When I went in to get a new phone and service, the manager tried to make me buy a tempered screen with the phone. Went as far as to grab it herself and ring it up without asking if I wanted it. She also sold me a speaker that I didn't ask for. I did not receive an itemized receipt for the things I paid for. I have attempted to call the store 5 times this morning and noone is answering the phone. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend.

Customer service is not important to them. You would think that they would be nice and they would care about helping the customers. But at the end of the day they don't. I went in today to get a new phone and there was too short black women who is nothing but rude. She basically didn't have any time to help me and when I asked about getting a phone she told me they were about to close that she couldn't do it.. she was completely rude.

First time visiting this one, and may I say I'm impressed because I always go to the one in Opelika or Auburn to pay my son bill. Thanks you Madison for great customer service! She also offered to upgrade his phone and got a nice gift! I will be back!
