Every time I think this pharmacy can't get any worse it does. I called on Thursday about a prescription refill they said it would be ready on Friday. I was going out of town for the weekend and wasn't able to pick up until Tuesday afternoon. When I got there they never process the prescription and I had to wait.

The people in this pharmacy are awesome. They go above and beyond to help you with your medical needs. They go the extra mile. Always kind and compassionate. I prefer this pharmacy above all others due to their massive care for their patients. Big shout out to Johnny! I adore the staff at this pharmacy. They always go above and beyond to help you out -- they want you to get your Rx's and save money almost as much as you do. They are always polite and patient, willing to work with you, help you work with your insurance and your doctor's office, and have had the best service of any pharmacy I've ever been to. They always greet me with a smile and are just the nicest bunch!

Due to the lack of communication to receive my PAIN pills, as if I didn't already have enough going on, I decided to give this place a low rating. The hospital told me to have the pharmacy call them to change my prescription, so I did and waited 4 hours for a reply. I called back and they told me that they couldn't reach the hospital and would give me a call back when they could. I waited 2 hours and then decided to call the hospital first this time. They told me they were waiting on the pharmacy to call still. Therefore, I called the pharmacy back and told them that the hospital was waiting and that triggered the attendant to which she replied "They need to re-check themselves because they aren't waiting on anything, the script has already been changed". As to why I didn't get a phone call about not being able to reach the hospital, stating my script had been changed, or letting me know it was ready for pick-up is anyone's guess. Please note this was a young female attendant. I don't want to discriminate, but rather point out that later I called and a gentlemen who answered my phone call with professionalism answered all my questions about my prescription and was very helpful.

They changed the time that they are open but didnt bother to update the time postings anywhere. They consistantly forget to notify you when your prescription is filled, they never reorder monthly prescriptions unless you call to remind them to. They swap you to generic without asking after being asked not to several times.
