If this was the Dollar tree in stonecrest most of the shelves are very empty but the customer service was great

Very bad customer service. This place sucks, both the employees at the moment lexis and safia were super rude and arrogant. Lexis rolled her eves on everything I said and safia bashed everything on the table that I got for exchange.

Clean during COVID ...must wear a mask. The associates play music during their shifts when its slow. Other than that very good customer service. Always have good items tp purchase.

This is a large Dollar Tree store. The Dollar Tree sign is hidden by a big, leafy tree so it’s not readily visible, you do have to look for it. Once you know where it is, its easy to find. The store was clean, well stocked and very organized. The staff here are extremely friendly, courteous and professional. The manager seemed a little harsh. I’ll have to come back and see if it’s a perennial thing or if it was just an “in the moment” thing. I like the atmosphere at the store and I will return to shop here while I’m in the area. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the store.

I've been to a few Dollar Tree stores and this one is definitely the worst. This place is so cluttered with boxes and items it's hard to even find what your looking for. There was no one at the register and we had to wait to some to come to the register. Very disorganized store. I hope some day they can improve on this.

The employees were nice. Not sure what's happening with management. I write this because....the disarray and organization was unprofessional. The store had everything we needed (helping a friend clean their new home). With all the stuff everywhere...can create a safety hazard.

As a DT hunter, i can safely say this is the Worst DT in Dekalb county periodt! It's ashame because it's right by the mall so you would think it would look decent enough. It looks like this everytime i visit it too. Smh

The nastiest location ever!! This is my 3rd time coming here & it is never clean & the manager acts like he didn't care. I did ask him why it was so nasty & he couldn't answer. The employees all had attitudes, wouldn't open their mouths to speak to you & had no sense of customer service. This is our last time coming to this location, even though we just bought some a few minutes away!! (And I have pics)

This was to date the worst experience in any store in all of my 26 years. The young Afr8can American manager with gold front teeth was just as insulting and verbally abusive. All because he was asked to help us, the customers, seeing that there was only one cashier. So we went to several dollar tree stores in search of decorated glaases for our church dinner. We finally found them and decided to purchase 52 glasses along with more than a dozen bag of decorated stones and two dozen flowers to name a few items. We were told by the cashier that there was no help besides the manager. We kindly asked her to signal him to get a couple large boxes to store the glasses. He came back with two mini boxes with open bottoms and slam them on the counter. We kindly ask for a different set and ones that eould be able to contain all if the glass ware. He got extremly mad and refused to budge and started muttering angrily. I asked him if he could help us since there was an extremely long line behind us and we still neededto have the glasses wrapped. We even offered to help. He went off using obscene language and gestering in a threatening manner. I told him that it was not right and that I'm a paying customer who needed to be treated as such. Oh no, he told me to get the hell out of the store. I then asked him for the manager, only to be told that he was the manager and I still need to get the hell out of the store and shut the hell up or else.
