The store and everything was nice and up class but, the cashiers were not. This employee keep getting in my business, and saying rude comments like "are you getting that?" ( in a VERY disrespectful way) and said " are you sure these are for you you are wearing this this is yours ok if fall and break your back" ( VERY rudely for no reason at all) and was FORCING me to give her my phone number for something , kept cutting me off. And told me to "slow my role" when I was putting in my credit card. And EVEN furthermore, said she was taking a break (noticeably) and then, the people that are with said yeah it looks like you need a quick break :) then, she gets mad and says "uh-huh WHY YOU SAY THAT? " and we say, because you look like you've been on your feet for very long time. After, she goes (once again) " uh-huh". Lastly, she we say " have a nice day I appreciate it" AGAIN she goes uh -huh ( in a VERY rude, disrespectful way, and has a attitude). So I would not recommend this location.

The shoes that I got from here were very high quality for a low price I really loved the atmosphere that's why I got the two stars that it did get but unfortunately the employee was a very disrespectfully rude she kept questioning our purchase and was very hesitant to cash in our order like she was supposed to do and forcibly asking repeatedly asking to get our phone number for a rewards discount which we really weren't interested in. We ended up being late for our event because of that and I do not recommend you going to this Macy's because regret giving business and my money to this location.

Macy's had some lovely dresses in stock at great prices. The staff were great too - friendly and helpful. The actual store could do with some renovation it's looking it's age ... even some good lighting and a lick of paint would be a good start! That's the main reason for giving it a 4 instead of 5!

Catherine, the associate working in the cosmetics/Estee Lauder department, was amazing! She was so patient and helpful while helping me figure out my foundation shade. Offered a lot of recommendations and was super sweet throughout the entire process. Thank you Catherine!

So while I love shopping at Macy's, I was very disappointed in the Stonecrest Mall store. Trash and litter everywhere. However, customer service was great and the inside of the store well kept. Macy's do better.

We are One Day Sale ready over here at T’ea Moss Gel. What better place could we beside than the Macys’s maybe being at the Herald Square one… there always a star inside Macy’s and there always healing with was at jus2go.com.. Happy Shopping

Very disappointed ☹️ I ordered 2 Polo Ralph Lauren button down shirts for my Sweetie as Christmas presents. When I went to Macy's to pick them up, they looked like they came from Goodwill. 😡$98 dollars a piece shirts!!! 🤬I don't want them!!! 😡
