I called yesterday to see why my medication hadn’t been filled. I was put on hold for an hour before they told me it would be ready today. I came in today to pick it up and was told to wait 10 to 15 minutes for it to be filled. After an hour someone told me they were out of stock and it might be there tomorrow. I insisted that I was told it would be ready. Shortly after they found it and told me to wait for the pharmacist to fill it. I waited another 30 minutes before a girl at the desk asked for my name. She promptly went to the back and filled my prescription for me. Why was it necessary to wait over an hour for something that should have been done and only took this girl 3 minutes? Something needs to change here and I will be switching pharmacies. Extremely disappointed and annoyed. I understand that everyone is understaffed currently but this was totally unacceptable.

Would not recommend anything when it comes to their pharmacy. They have you book an appointment online for a vaccination. You will literally wait 45mins to an hour for one shot while they stand in the back and joke around. I could understand if the were busy but this was just laziness Absolutly just wasted an hour sitting, waiting, and listening to laughter. Don't get anything from them.

My dad went to this Walgreens to have some photos printed from the SD card in his camera. The photo tech was going to "help" and get the photos in date order. She ended up deleting 14 YEARS of Photos on the card. 14 YEARS!!!!! ASM told me that is was company policy NOT to touch a customers camera. The tech needs to be retrained in company policy!! Now my dad has no way of getting those photos back!! 😡😡 Will not use Walgreens Photo again!!

I went to pick up a prescription, I had several employees come to the window and made noises that appeared they were frustrated to be assisting me. When I asked the pharmacist a question she and her co worker laughed in my face and walked away.

Went to make up a photo card. I was lost trying to figure out how to get a certain picture I wanted. One very kind, sweet and patient young lady helped me. I am so thankful for her help!

If you or your children have any monthly RX that is important, this place will mess it up and have you jumping through hoops to get the medication. For 4 months now we have had an issue getting my childs epilepsy medication filled properly or on time, resulting in my child being unmedicated for seizure control

I don't visit this store regularly because I live on the opposite side of town. I have been here several times. I can say that every single time I have been to this walgreens, I have been extremely impressed by how kind the check out cashier is. I have even told one of the cashier's that walgreens is lucky to have them as an employee. Outstanding customer service.

I brought a disposable camera here over 2 weeks ago. I was told it would be back by the end of the week ( brought it in on a Monday)and I would get a call when the pictures we ready. I never got a call, I went and checked on it and the first guy couldn't find my order. I get my pictures back and 10 of them are missing (the camera holds 27, I got 17 back) of the 17 pictures only half were even worth saving, the rest were either completely back , covered in green pixels, or cut off by a half inch with the previous picture developed on it.
