Best greeting card shop in Wilmington, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I called yesterday to see why my medication hadn’t been filled. I was put on hold for an hour before they told me it would be ready today. I came in today to pick it up and was told to wait 10 to 15 minutes for it to be filled. After an hour someone told me they were out of stock and it might be there tomorrow. I insisted that I was told it would be ready. Shortly after they found it and told me to wait for the pharmacist to fill it. I waited another 30 minutes before a girl at the desk asked for my name. She promptly went to the back and filled my prescription for me. Why was it necessary to wait over an hour for something that should have been done and only took this girl 3 minutes? Something needs to change here and I will be switching pharmacies. Extremely disappointed and annoyed. I understand that everyone is understaffed currently but this was totally unacceptable. ~Madison
