This location is very good. The selection is robust, the presentation is sublime, and overall it's a great atmosphere. Having said all that, some of supervisors here act like they can't open their mouths. People waiting at the dressing rooms wondering if their open, meanwhile a shift lead walks right by, doesn't acknowledge anyone or even look their way. Took a regular employee to walk from the register to tell everyone it was okay to go into the dressing rooms. To be clear, I'm strictly addressing MANAGEMENT, not the subordinates. They were great the entire time. Other than that, enjoy.

H&M is one of my favorite clothing store even when I was in Dubai. With their great service, fashionable designs and constant sale even here in the US really excites me to go there all the time! I hope H&M in Macon won’t close permanently. I will be very sad..

The covid protocol was great. I wish staff workers would go through the racks and make sure the items are on the correct rack. I know customers have the tendency of putting items on the incorrect racks, but the staff should go through the rack periodically and make sure the clothing are on the right rack. I purchased a dressed that was on the sale rack, but when I go to the register it was a different amount.

They have a sale when you buy one item ending in .99 you get the other for $1!!! Talk about a deal! They have denim jackets and all the trendy clothes for teens for a reasonable price

With the mask mandate in Georiga being lifted and all individuals having the opportunity to be vaccinated, you should no longer require customers to wear a mask. I went into several stores in the same shopping center that didn't require a mask. Not only do they require a mask, they do not provide said required mask. My bridesmaids and I were coming in to buy Bachelorette outfits that kind of matched each other, but after being told about the mask requirement.. we decided to buy off of Amazon prime instead. I imagine the retail world is suffering greatly from this kind of action. Also, I hope yall pay your employees extra to be the mask police.

I bought 3 hoodies/sweatshirts there 2 days ago.🎉they’re so beautiful! One thing that was weird is that I found a bunch of Shawn Mendes sweatshirts and they were all size S/XS😣(I’m a size L/XL). I bought a small one anyways and when I got home and tried to put it on, IT FIT!!! How?!? 🤯❤️I’m so happy it fit, but it’s just really weird that a size small fit me like a large!🎉
