Pick ups were so so so slow. Waited over 20 minutes for just a couple of items. When I entered the pick up center as I got tired of waiting, the staffs told me to just wait. Only one female staff carrying everything and the rest of like 5ish staffs were just hanging out at the warehouse. And they gave me a wrong item. I ordered a dress and they got me a shirt with different style and price... i had to go back to the store only to find out they don't have any inventory for what i ordered...

I've never been to a Walmart that seemed so ravaged. This one was sparsely stocked, granted it was night when I went. Unorganized, dirty. Things were out of place throughout. All self check out. They must be short on help. It's a NO for me.

This is a new store and is much nicer and cleaner than other stores. It is well payed out with enough room for the heavy traffic in the store. I used the Walmart app to find the things that I was having trouble but when I did it made sense of the placement. This location is not the closest to our house but I will drive out of the way to shop here.

This place is a disgrace I order grocery to be delivered from 8pm-9pm at 8:45pm I received a message saying my order is delayed and I would be notified when it’s ready and on its way. Needless to say I was never notified at 10:45pm I went online to check order status it says the order is delayed still. Here it is Now 4am I go to check to see if my door is locked look out the peep hole and see my groceries outside the door. Groceries been sitting outside this whole time and I know it has because I ordered frozen foods that were no longer frozen or cold. I’m calling corporate ASAP because I don’t know if this is a Walmart issue or the delivery service issue, but I want a refund on my spoiled groceries that I had to throw away. They just need to close this location down or restaff the whole store, because this is not the first, second or third time I have had issues with this store. STAY AWAY!!!!

Ok store but the lines!!!!!!! OMG!!! Each end had a check yourself out area all setup, with about 5 regular checkout lanes in-between. Well the lines for the self checkouts were (no exaggeration here) over to the main aisle, then halfway down the length of the store!!!!! BOTH self checkout areas!!!! I don't know about you but I think at this point you, oh I don't know, might want to open up a few lanes to clear things out?!?!?! After standing in line 15 minutes and getting nowhere, it took @5 customers voicing their displeasure, loudly, to a manager, before they opened up 3 regular lanes to help out. 🤦♀️

Pretty good store. Good selection as well. A very busy store. With that said, my one complaint would be the long wait times in the check out counters. I have been in line up to almost 15 mins. The lines are always long, so wear a comfortable pair of shoes you might being in line for a min.

The customer service at this location is a -0 I’ve had to call customer service and several other departments a ridiculous amount of times to get a human on the phone just to reach the bakery department. I decided to call the pharmacy and someone answered. I asked if she could connect me with the store manager, she put me on hold for a couple of minutes to reach out to a Team Lead / Manager. The pharmacy Lead/Manager assisted apologized and walked over to the Bakery to get someone for me to speak with. Kudos for the Pharmacy Team for Great Customer Service 🌟. The purpose for my call was to confirm that the cake order I placed in person the night before was submitted. I asked if I’d receive an email confirmation for the order and was told by the lady in bakery that took my order on a tablet or iPad that I would get a text for order confirmation. I pulled out my phone at the time to let her know that I had not received a text. I confirmed that she had the correct phone number and she assured me (TWICE) that the order was submitted & that I will get the text. The purpose for calling today was due to never receiving a confirmation text. After loops of calling and the pharmacy team walking over to the bakery to speak with a live person it was confirmed with another associate in the Bakery department that I didn’t receive a text due to the cake order not being submitted or it couldn’t be found. 😡

It was clean in this particular Walmart. I had not been to one in a while. Of course, I was again shocked to see how many people go to a public place with fuzzy house shoes on, but then I remembered..this is Walmart. lol After walking the whole length of the store, I must admit I was in aw of all the merchandize they have in this store. I found some great deals and decided to go to the automotive department to find a tire inflator. One very kind employee, Jamie, went out of his way to help me find what I needed. This is the kind of employee that restores your faith in humanity. He did not stop until he found the exact item I needed. I thanked him and told him to please never change. lol I self checked out very easily and am happy to report that the $16 air inflator worked great. Also, I should mention that there is a little carnival for the kids just outside this walmart. Very cute.
