I'll get to the part where only give it three stars in a second. Let me say up front that MOST of the employees are very helpful and nice. The facility itself is clean and well-organized and the hydro chair is awesome. The reason for three stars is this gym is considered 24 hours and that is the whole reason why I got the membership. It's really disheartening to see that they close on 9 Fridays and 7 on Saturdays and Sundays (opens at 7am) I work 12-hour shifts from 6 to 6 and every month I switch from night shift today shift. So my plan was to go before work when I had day shift at around 5 in the morning and go after work when I had night shift around 5 in the morning. Also just like today I got off at 6 in the evening and was planning on going to the gym just to find out they're closing in 15mins.. it's just very frustrating and there are not many gym options in this area. If early morning or late at night scheduling doesn't bother you I would definitely recommend the gym

While i was using the hydro bed today, I saw a lady come out of the tanning bed, then another lady went in a minute later. No employee came in between to clean/wipe the bed down..I tried to get the lady's attention before she closed the door but she didnt hear me.

Don't let the exterior fool you, the gym is well-maintained, and fun to be in. Their prices are great and the no commitment is a huge plus as you just can't find that with other local gyms. Plus, if you buy their black card, you get their Spa area which is really nice and you can go to any Planet Fitness, anywhere. Really good value and really nice facilities.

Never stepped inside the building and tried to get a refund for personal reasons and whoever the manager is has a serious disposition against me and I never met her because I asked for my money back several times. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! I'm not going to stop until I get my money back even if I have to hire a lawyer and sue. You won't take my money and be rude because I am contacting someone to help me. You are hurting the company not me!

Great open layout, plenty of cardio machines and weights etc to get your workout however you like it. Bathrooms are clean. The staff is great and pleasant. Love getting a hydro massage after my workout. The only thing that is annoying is that sat/sun the hours are from 7-7 and as a nurse if I'm working the weekend then I can't make it in as my shift is 7-7. Other than that 5 stars!

Great place to workout! Always are able to get to the equipment even in the more busy hours. Staff are friendly and gym goers are polite. Just keep your belongings on you and be respectful to equipment and people and you'll have a good workout!
