Ordered at 6:45, location didn't answer phone until 8:50, asked to cancel order was told hold on then never came back on phone/hungup. At 10pm getting multiple calls from door dash about the order. Called store and Sam was nice but clearly rushed stating he couldn't cancel the order in the system cause he needed approval from someone who was to busy to do it. HIRE MORE STAFF OR LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF ONLINE ORDERS OR THESE POOR PEOPLE WILL FIND BETTER JOBS AND THE REVIEWS WILL ONLY GET WORSE!

Pre ordered 9 pizzas 3-4 hours early. Set the time at 6pm for half and 7pm for the rest..1st set of pizzas showed up 25 minutes late while the 2nd half showed 40 minutes late! Had guests waiting and hungry and when I called nobody seemed interested in picking up phone.

Worst pizza I have ever eaten. It's not all Papa John's just this location. Pizza was undercooked, uncut, too much sauce, not enough cheese. This place needs to shut down. I will never eat from this location ever again

Didnt send my drink. Then wanted to credit me instead of bring it back to me. Ask to speak to manager he would not get on phone. Held for over 15 min waiting. Asked for managers name they wouldnt give it to me asked for district manager name they would not give to me. Not a way to keep customers. Will NEVER order from here again

I don't know what's going on with Papa John's but the service is getting worse and worse. I called on my order and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Great, YUMMY, I'm ready for some pizza. I go to pick up the pizza and am told that they dumber have my order. When I asked to go ahead and place the order I'm told I can't. The location closes at 11:00pm and I arrived to pick up my order at 10:30pm. I don't know who dropped the ball but someone did and I'm starting to lose trust in the brand. This is the second significant incident I've had with Papa John's within a few months. The first was a delivery person verbally attacking me because he was frustrated that he didn't realize he was directly in front of my address. Very disappointing.

Ordered pizza 2 HOURS ago . Called and they said they didn’t even start making it yet . Kinda baffled . Can’t name a place where it takes 2 hours and they haven’t started. Seems like they forgot . Sat there in awkward silence for moment waiting for at least the truth . But then I canceled the order . Papa johns is good but this location is bad. Simple . Don’t get your pizza from here .btw I live not far at all . No reason

Ordered a pizza and got a bitten off peperoncini. Called the store and the manager told me that they've been getting smaller pepers .. when it clearly wasn't the case here.. I wanted a refund and asked them.to come get the pizza and he offered me.a credit for for peperocinis in a future order...did not even offer to replace my pizza..When asked for a refund he offered me a 5$ credit... it's appalling and absolutely disgusting that you would treat a paying customer this way.. completely unsatisfied with my experience.. id.recommend going somewhere where they have better service. . By the way to the manager who I spoke to. When a customer has an issue with their order. You replace the order the issue ensued in.. basic comprehension of customer service is definitly lacking here. ZERO stars if I could.

Ordered the papadias...came with no fillings. Called the store after being on hold for 5 minutes someone answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager...someone claiming to be the manager fumbles around trying to find my order...puts me on hold and Christy answers the phone and ask if she can help me. Told her I was speaking to Corey...she said yes he passed you to me. So I explain everything to her now. She says she will re send. After an hour the "replacement" arrives. No dipping sauce, no sauce on the papadia. The pics are from the original and the replacements...can't tell the difference. Both "managers" had attitudes so I did not bother to call again...wanted to eat tonight. Will probably not patronize this location again. When I questioned the customer service...was told 'our customer service is great. Update- Since this post I received an Email from corporate advising that things would improve. I have ordered several times since and EVERY time my food is appealing, hot and fresh. And actually shows up sooner than they say. NICE RECOVERY!
