This is by far the most GHETTO IHOP I’ve ever experienced. Instead of servers or hostess coming to greet you they are screaming “I’ll be right with you” from across an empty restaurant. The majority of the staff was in front of the restaurant sitting on benches listening to music and talking extremely loud!! I placed a to-go order for $18.39 and I truly believe it was a kids meal (portion) beyond that the presentation of my food in whole was sloppy and “thrown” together. Completely unprofessional establishment. I offered 1 star because I had to in order to place this review.

Great for what it is! This location must have a great manager because everybody was happy, singing even dancing if you can believe it! There was a birthday and the staff went all out. Only negative was the bathroom needed cleaning. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pancakes were good.

Service was pretty good, the waiters were great. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and it was good. The pancakes were nice and fluffy, and they made the scrambled eggs and hash browns well. It seems to be an overall good place but I went when it was rather empty (only 4-5 groups of people were there)

Trashed parking lot. Closed dining room. It claims to be 24 hours but refused to seat anyone after 9pm. Had the servers podium tables and chairs pulled up to close off the dining room physically. We had just gotten into town and we had been driving all night. All of the restaurants in town were like this and we were starving. If it were possible I’d rate this place -5 NEGATIVE.

Guess all the employees was just chilling and kicking up there feet....the one star is for Kerry. He did excellent the previous day. Without him there, the service is horrible. No waiter or waitress came to my table..they all was just laughing and enjoying themselves sitting in the corner

There were 17 of us eating after church. The food took a while to come understandably so. The food seemed to be ok too once they figured out who got what. I can only say the food seemed good because I never actually got to eat mine. When our server brought my food, she knocked over my drink all over my white dress! I had to go buy a dress from the plaza as I was soaked. she didn't even bother to say sorry. By the time I got back, everyone was just about finished eating. My waffles were so white looking too. what was worse is that she charged me for the drink that she spilled on me. she didn't even refill it. This waitress could not even get our bills right at all.

It’s been about 35 minutes since I was forced to place a to go order (dining room closes at 9pm 😒) for an omelette and pancake combo. Closed dining room at a 24hr spot, extended wait time AND terrible service! Total disappointment.

Took a bit long to be seated to start and was willing to look it over, but when it came to seating most of the seat were covered in water dripping from the fans. The biggest problem occurred when we were finally seated and took forever to be served. We literally watched a bigger party come in about 10 min after us and we’re served before we were. If I didn’t get the attention of some servers telling them we were still waiting to be served we probably would’ve still been sitting there. It didn’t help the fact that I made eye contact with a couple servers in my area but they continued on like they didn’t see anything. The saving grace of the experience was the server we did eventually get who had a great personality and even though she messed up one of the items on my order it was still an improvement the experience we were having. In summary: it was subpar I’d only come here if everything else was closed and I had deep starvation
