I came in today to our local Verizon, I had just broke my phone and was panicking. May helped me and was very patient, I had my autistic daughter with me and she was great with her. I didn't have any of my passwords and she took her time to reset them all and was able to get almost everything back for me. She even took some time to do an analysis for us and so my husband is able to get a brand new phone and my bill only goes up 5 dollars when all is said and done and we can have unlimited data now. She's people like Kay are the reason we feel valued as customers and will send her all of our friends!
