This is literally the best mechanic place I have ever been to! They’re beyond helpful and caring and I don’t ever feel like they’re trying to get over on me because I don’t know much about cars. The environment is amazing and the staff is phenomenal I will keep coming here and recommend them to ANYONE who needs a place to go to!!!!!

Great place staff is wonderful they let you know what's wrong with your vehicle tell how much cost to fix it my transmission went on my dodge truck took in on Friday they said it would ready on Tuesday oh and had four new tires put on and front ended check and they call Monday noon and and said my truck was ready they had to replace my transmission its hard to find good place to vehicle to be work on I can say that these guys and especially the ladies at the front desk they go out of their way to help you Great Job Guys And Ladies Out Standing

I m a thankful parent and consumer. My daughter had an issue with her car and we live 800 miles away from her. The staff at Complete Auto Care have been great. Bridget has been awesome through this whole issue and has stayed in touch with my daughter as well as me....I definitely recommend them!

Brought my 2012 silverado in to get a new transmission installed… Everyone that worked at this shop were knowledgeable friendly and great workers. I had to get my truck towed there amd the transmission shipped there so a lot of my time the first couple of days was over the phone and i never had a problem getting ahold of them and they were great over the phone as well. Once the transmission got delivered there. They had it installed in a day and i picked it up the second day after they programmed it. Again great shop with all friendly people here. Would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. Thank you Complete Car Care Service Inc.

They charged me $70 to run a code on my car and drive it around for 3 minutes to just tell me they didnt know. Finally had enough money to take it someplace else and my transmission was shot. Was identified 10 minutes after my arrive versus me sitting in their lobby for 2 hours.

They repaired a red Honda engine and A/C for under $2,000... when we were told by dealer it could be$5000 or more to drop an engine...took less than 2 days,now we have a good car,without car payments we don't need..service was great...thanks again

Often refuses to fix their errors and had multiple problems with how they put your car back together. You end up with more problems wthan when you first took it in.

I never do reviews but I have to with this place. COMPLETE LIARS AND SCAMMERS. Knew the whole time I only needed oil and still took an hour and a half to come up with a lie!! Would highly recommend you go somewhere else for better service!

They were giving me the run around with my alternator. The wires needed fixing and they wanted me to get an entire new alternator after I told them I had a new one instead of just checking the wires?? Definitely money hungry.

Complete car Care was a very very good company to go to I got my starter changed in about an hour and was ready to roll. They didn't have any openings and they made an opening for me!! They care alot about their customers!! I will be using them from now on for most of my vehicle needs. Very very satisfied!!
