Really great experience. When they came to set the furniture up, there was a mix up on how to set it up. I called them and they gave me absolutely no hassle to come back the same day and correct it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guys setting it up, even took a picture the second time and sent it to me, to ensure I was satisfied. Truly will buy from them again!! ~Joshua

There is only one bathroom and it was kind of in disarray. I didn't want to sit on the toilet. Otherwise, good gas station. Live crickets are for sale if you're into that. ~Benjamin

Upon arrival my radio was not playing audio. I payed for them to diagnose the issue and they told me my radio did not work. I payed $640 for this installation for a new radio. Two days later the same issue and error code was displayed on the radio. They fixed it and still claimed the previous radio did not work. Took my car to another shop and the OEM radio that came with my car worked just fine. It was a bad speaker wire to a speaker on my rear deck. Do not go to them if you want your actual issue fixed with your sound system. They provided an expensive bandaid for an issue that they fixed the second time my car came in. I do not live in Statesboro for them to get their radio and sorry installations back. ~Pierce

I recently moved to the area and needed furniture, I’ve had dealings with Badcock in the past and always pleased with results but this location having Ms. Julie as an employee is heavenly!! I went in, was greeted by her pleasant voice and patient attitude. I was there on lunch break, spent about 45 minutes and I purchased living and bedroom set, finished with credit check and scheduled delivery within that hour!! She’s awesome, go in and ask for her, you will not be disappointed!! And I love my furniture!!! ~Pamala

I m a thankful parent and consumer. My daughter had an issue with her car and we live 800 miles away from her. The staff at Complete Auto Care have been great. Bridget has been awesome through this whole issue and has stayed in touch with my daughter as well as me....I definitely recommend them! ~Bill
