Really great experience. When they came to set the furniture up, there was a mix up on how to set it up. I called them and they gave me absolutely no hassle to come back the same day and correct it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guys setting it up, even took a picture the second time and sent it to me, to ensure I was satisfied. Truly will buy from them again!!

We waited 2 weeks for furniture only to get it delivered with holes. Our couch had 2 holes and the love seat had 1 hole..However, the manager did order another set. When we mentioned it to the delivery guys, the said to call the store in the morning for a discount. We did not want a discount, we want good furniture.

We love our Statesboro Farmer's Furniture! We're long time customers and will always be! The salespeople are fast and efficient, they work hard to find what you're looking for and get it to you in the most accommodating way. The ladies at the payment desk are always friendly when you go in pay. Can't say enough about this location and it's employees!

This has been by far the worst experience purchasing furniture! My wife and I purchased a breakfast nook for kitchen in May it was delivered and broken during the initial delivery not only did farmers furniture not order me a brand new piece to replace the one that had been broken they tried to fix it first which is mind boggling! Normally I’m not a person to give out bad reviews I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but here it is four months later and we’re still having to deal with this issue I own a business as well had this been a client come in and not be happy with my service it would’ve been dealt with swiftly in a timely manner. Terrible I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this location!

There was only one issue I’ve had , and it was delayed shipment as well as delayed delivery! Hopefully today I receive the rest of my delivery !
