This 'business' is owned/operated by an extremely incompetent, unprofessional senior citizen, he is beyond inept and not trustworthy. He won't honor his word nor won't respond in a professional / mature way and could care less about other people. He has a little nepotistic ring going there too and will eventually run this 'business' into the ground! And to the clown suggesting I submit a help desk ticket and this isn't the appropriate way to express this........yeah ok lol, don't let others know about this shady business, sure I'll keep it secret...lol, NOPE

I placed an order for a ball/club washer for my golf cart. Paid through PayPal. Never got a confirmation number. I called over 35 times to get support. Going on 3 weeks still don't have a confirmation number or my ball washer. Horrible service.

I ordered a pair of wheel spacers for $57.78 plus shipping and handling plus tax for a total of $70.63. A few hours later I received a email informing me of a price error on their website for the item. If I wanted to continue with my purchase, I need to pay an additional $143.64. Really? Now the item is $201.42! Almost 3 times the initial amount I paid. Please stay away from this company! This is not a way to do business!!

Below is my bad experience with Mountaintop Golf Cars Inc. I did receive a refund today but ONLY after I involved PayPal. They would have never contacted me on this issue that they resolved in less than 1-1/2 hours after my contacting PayPal. I'm not sure how they think this is the right way to treat customers but, after I called them, I was just ignored and nothing processed on my order. If you're out of stock of an item take responsibility for it and contact the customer instead of forcing them to get a refund from PayPal after the customer contacts you. Don't blame computers for your failures and take your business seriously when customers contact you with issues. I should have checked there reviews before I "attempted " to buy from them. Lesson learned. November 17, 2021 at 1:08:34 PM CST I purchased this item on 11/11/21 and never received any type of confirmation from the company. I only received confirmation from PayPal for my payment. I gave it a few days and called Mountaintop Golf Cars Inc. The lady that answered was very confused and had to put me on hold for a while. She came back and told me she couldn't find my order but did see my payment. She told me it would ship that day and I would get a confirmation emailed to me that night. No email yet. I'd just prefer a refund instead of calling again to get the same story told to me by a different person that answers after hours of calling them. MG Mountaintop Golf Cars, Inc. November 17, 2021 at 2:29:09 PM CST We had an internal glitch within our Magento site the day you ordered. We received several payments like yours, but orders matching those payment did not import from the site to our system. When these types of issues happen, we have no real way to track down the customer who paid, until they call because we get no contact info, phone, email, etc from just a payment. Thus the confusion when you called. Your order was not in our system. It was recovered by our IT Dept after much searching and manually entered into our system. My apologies for this issue, but unfortunately, computers occasionally have glitches. At this point, we are happy to provide a refund as there is a major issue. We have ran out of stock on PK 2012. Upon attempting to re-order, we were informed by Ausco that they have discontinued this model, never to be made again and are also out of stock. I ordered multiple parts online and only received partial order. I was only able to get someone on the phone 1 time to address this and she informed me that once the part was received from there supplier it would be shipped. This order was placed three months ago and now I have left multiple voicemail with no return call. And have not received the missing item.

This was an awesome visit. The showroom is gorgeous and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They seem to have worked out the shipping issues mentioned in other users' negative reviews. The owner Jack has been in the golf cart business for over 40 years and is truly the golf cart guru. Love this place, 5 stars all the way.

They are very hard to get in touch with . Even after leaving an voice mail. We ordered an output shaft kit . It was missing the most important part , the o-ring . Finally got in touch with a gentleman there that heard our complaint, witch he said he would take care of it. He never called us back . This is not the way to treat your first time customer.

Placed an order last weekend for a part I needed quickly. Paid 29 for 2 day shipment. Got a call today saying not only have they not shipped it but they need more information to place my order. This is a terrible and a not well run business. Do yourself a favor and buy from a bigger company that knows what they are doing. I placed an order for fast shipping and get a call 6 days later saying they need more info??? Then I said your site was very specific on year and model that I ordered and said well I guess I need to update my site.
