My family and I have dealt with Badcock for years, mainly the one in Hinesville but I’ve recently moved back to GA in Claxton and chose to browse at this one. I won’t be doing that again and don’t recommend. I heard from a family friend that the old owners retired, can’t imagine what the new owner is like seeing as the young lady I dealt with was very rude. I asked if there was a manager on duty when she snidely advised me that’s who she was. She acted annoyed at the fact I had questions about the merchandise. Things have changed over the years, especially furniture, so I was curious about some things. I’ve received better hospitality at gas stations. I hate to be that person but I will not return.

Gayson explained every detail of the purchase and was able to answer every question I had. She made me feel important. The music playing in the store was soothing and uplifting. I enjoyed my first time experience with Badcock and their sales reps.
