I recently moved to the area and needed furniture, I’ve had dealings with Badcock in the past and always pleased with results but this location having Ms. Julie as an employee is heavenly!! I went in, was greeted by her pleasant voice and patient attitude. I was there on lunch break, spent about 45 minutes and I purchased living and bedroom set, finished with credit check and scheduled delivery within that hour!! She’s awesome, go in and ask for her, you will not be disappointed!! And I love my furniture!!!

Walked in and were greeted promptly, had a few questions answered and assistance with what items fit the criteria we wanted and then were left to browse as we please. Very pleasant experience with no pushiness at all. Purchased a new mattress/spring combo and recliner. Very satisfied with our purchase and shopping experience.

Well I mailed my payment they cannot locate it but cashed it on the 4th. It’s the 12th. When my husband called the company number they got rude and hung up. As of today they still cannot find my money and refuse to apologize to my husband for hanging up on him. Yesterday They informed me a supervisor will call within 24 hours. I heard nothing I called them. They still don’t know what happened and still refuse to apologize. This was my first and last purchase from this company.

We went in looking for a loveseat and sofa! Walked out with both plus a kitchen island(microwave cart). The girl i forget her name was 100% on her game. She not only was helping us but helped two others while we were deciding which set we wanted.

I bought my washer and dryer set in full and paid 100 dollars extra for delivery and was told it would be in Monday and delivered onTuesday, I called Tuesday about the delivery they lied and said they tried calling me Monday but long story short I'm inconvenienced because they failed to keep up their end on delivery. The lady I called and talked to was rude and didn't seem to be bothered about my inconvenience. I don't think I'll be buying anything from here again.
