If chef Ramsey showed up over here, he would have a fit. Staff walking around like they’re doing some thing but they’re not. They’re staring at customers in the front waiting to order. They’re walking around in circles. They’re moving things around from one spot to another but not really making any progress with it. They’re working very slow. their overall pace is just very uncaring. There are people in the drive-through lines. Honking out the window. It’s pretty ridiculous. Given all of the previous reviews. I am assuming the manager doesn’t care either. This is why they continue to be this way. Very poor management.

While ordering in the drive-through I asked the person taking orders to tell me what comes with the Biggie Meal and she told me to read the sign. I told her that I couldn't see it and asked a second time and was answered by a rude sigh with no answer.

Rude cashiers For some reason they can only prepare 1 order at a time unlike other fast food places which do multiple orders at the same time. Wendy's is stuck in the stone age.

Long lines, prices for the same things are not consistent. Three stars because they still have a great burger.

I don’t know who would serve tea like this to customers but I immediately asked if this was supposed to be Tea and the manager said yes so I told him I would like to switch it out for something else. He never apologized or anything! He gave me a new drink and walked away from the window.. This looks like tinted sugar water this is not the correct way to make tea. I don’t know if someone is pure lazy or if they’re trying to stretch out their teabags to make it last longer but this is a sorry excuse for sweet tea!! Unbelievable!!

I can count on Wendy's consistently to give e the same product no matter which location. Scary eating out nowadays but when you work on the road you have slim choices. Baked potatoes and salads are the best options. Thanks Wendys!

Ordered 4 junior cheese burgers. Not 5 minutes they were cold to the touch. Had to microwave them. Sort of takes out the pleasure of a burger. 221-5270, call me if you care.

Ordered two large chili's got this.?? One was supposed to be cheese both have cheese on it . Fries cold overall just terrible. Second time happening. Don't go to the Thomasville location if you want wendys .

Figured I would give them another shot…to no avail. Pulled into the drive thru at 7:13 with only 5 cars in front of us. Then was told they don’t have chicken sandwich biggie bags….um only difference is the cookie but ok… so got the chicken sandwich 4 for $4.00. Didn’t get to ask for cheese or honey mustard or ketchup because the guy taking the order cut us off and said to go to the window. Then by the time we got the food it was 7:41 the chicken sandwich was cold and hard, the nuggets were cold and looked like someone squished them. Managers please send your employees to Chick-fil-A for training! Two stars because it was my dumb fault for trying again….
