I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon here. I went in for a hair wash, haircut, and blowout. First, I thought it was odd they “weren’t allowed to do blowouts” and said they offered “no hair styling”. That should have been a red flag. They only shampoos my hair - no conditioner. Again, odd. The hair stylist yanked the comb through my curls, rather than spraying any sort of product in it or conditioning it. Then, the hair stylist who was doing my haircut complained the whole time about where I put my drink on her station. I offered to move it after the first time she mentioned it and she told me know. Finally, after asking for layers. She botched my long hair. She cut ONE thick layer into my hair about 4 inches from the bottom layer and that was it. Because if this, I have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed. I’ve never in my life had someone mess my hair up this bad. I fully believe this particular hair stylist has no idea what she’s doing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I visited Grate Clips today and when I got home realized I had a very bad hair cut. gouged over one ear and 2 inches longer on the other side. you know like a barber school cut. Service: Hairstyling

Had to wait 1 hr to get my haircut, because there was 10 people ahead of me and only 2 ladies cutting! But it’s understandable and it was worth the wait, 15 minutes and I was out the door! Thank you Great Clips! I will be coming back soon! (Loved my hair cut) Service: Haircut

I booked online and the app said I would be helped in 30 minutes. I arrived just prior to the time suggested and the wait was then 40 min. I checked in and let them know I’d be back in 30 minutes. When I returned in 30 minutes I was told there was one ahead of me. I waited for five minutes and a person that was not even in the waiting area and not on the list when I arrived the first time was put in a chair ahead of me. Totally unprofessional. Won’t be back. Run - (Don't Walk) - away from this place if you don't know the stylist! I have used this business for about 5 years and been happy most of the time, but after today, I'm done. My 20 year old daughter only wanted a basic 3 inches off her hair and got a terrible stylist who chopped up her beautiful long hair. It turns out that it was the same person got hold of me last week and ruined my hair. I normally get my hair cut fairly short but mine looks like a man's cut. I walked out last week so embarrassed to have other patrons see me. I know the manager sees what is going on, and I have no idea why she doesn't fire this employee. There is no shame in admitting a profession isn't for you...and this girl needs to move on. Service: Haircut

Sometimes when I look at the reviews from the public and I see the minor complaints against such honest, caring, effort, forth going staff members, I realize the problem isn't the staff. Lord knows, turn the finger around to the person typing in the negative responses to themselves because the stylists fix hair not people. God is not pleased when we rain on others parade so we should appreciate more that an individual is willing to display professionalism in this day and age.
