I wouldn't buy a balloon from these folks if they were giving them away. We've been waiting since February 2022 to resolve a warranty issue. We've reached out to Hyundai of America and they have been nothing but helpful and have relayed everything back to this dealer....get a smile and a handshake at the door only to get second rate service after the deal is done....

This was the most horrible experience I’ve had with a dealership. Not only did they have my daughters car for 2 1/2 months they found a way to get an extra $949 out of us and then my person that was in charge of my account was poor to respond to calls never responded to emails and I understand that this was a recall situation but at least we could communicate. My daughters car broke down on the way to Orlando Florida so we had to have the car towed there . If I knew that it was gonna be such a problem such poor customer service I would’ve just paid to have it towed back to Birmingham and then Hyundai customer service every time we call them about getting the car towed back to Birmingham when it was done being repaired they kept giving us the runaround talking about 3 to 7 days and they will have an answer for us before I send my car to Langdale Hyundai service department again I was just leave it on the side of the road and not to mention my service rep name was Samantha she was horrible .

Recently took my 2019 Accent in for service. All of the staff were friendly and smiled or spoke as they walked by. The waiting was clean with snacks and water provided. The time waiting for the maintenance to be completed was better than expected.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I took my car for a transmission problem they had the car for 3 weeks told me the transmission was coming in on the 3rd Friday when I called to check the parts manager said that the guy that was helping me quit and he did NOT know anything about a transmission. WELL he was the one that told me the transmission would be in on that Friday. Asked for the service momager who said she had no idea and the part was on BACK ORDER AND SHE DID NOT KNOW WHEN IT WOULD BE IN, ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS I'VE BEEN PAYING 400 A WEEK FOR A RENTAL. IT GETS BETTER THEY DAMAGED THE FRONT END OF MY CAR. IVE DEALT WITH HYUNDAI FOR YEARS AND LANGADE HYUNDAI IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. THEY ARE LIERS AND THEAVES. MAYBE I WOULS GET BETTER SERVICE IF I WAS WHITE!!!!!!!!!!!

Superb friendly staff is knowledgeable and service over sales minded. Talk to Danny when you go, he knows about the cars on the lot, he’s obviously a hard worker and he EARNED it helping me out to find the right car, the best price, and financing that I can afford! I hope this review is seen by upper management so Langdale Hyundai will recognize what an ASSET Ms. Terry is to your dealership….I had the PLEASURE of speaking numerous times with Shellie Terry in the service department…I work for an attorney’s office in Hollywood, Florida but have a client that lives in Georgia. Prior to connecting with Ms. Terry at Langdale both our client and myself had a horrible experience with another dealership. Ms. Terry not only took charge of the entire fiasco but went above and beyond what I am sure was her responsibility regarding service to a vehicle. Not only did she give me her cell phone number to contact her at any time, she called me many times during her lunch breaks resolving the humongous issue our client had with her Sonata..After weeks of Ms. Terry and myself working together we resolved this entire mess and the client with the Sonata was once again very happy and will definitely purchase from your dealership again due to Ms. Terry being so compassionate and understanding of the issue at hand.
