The gym itself is a nice gym, when I've been able to go I love it. This review has nothing to do with the current PT manager, Jesse. He's been nothing short of great trying to help me. He was not the manager when this all started. But DO NOT sign up for training unless you really need it and read the fine print. Short version: I had problems with my card even though I had funds available. They marked my card fraud said I had to call corporate to fix it, was told by the trainer they would send me the number they never did. I continued to have issues so I was then told bc the payment was unable to be retrieve. I would have to RE-SIGN the contract once I fixed it. Hence, believing I had no more contract. Weeks later they took all the back payments for training. I don't want training, and they refuse to refund the monies paid that equal up to $200. I emailed the regional manager and he didn't even have the courtesy to respond. I would understand if I just wanted to quit something I had already started but that's not the case. This is not how you do business and treat your customers.

My expereince is personal. While I love Stephanie the operator manager. This place could use some improvement in the way they treat their paying guest. It's a small town so reputation and how people are treated are memorable. I hope for the best in Crunch. In my past expereince the company is amazing, but with proper training and GM management this place could be one of the best things Valdosta could have.

I absolutely love this gym! All of the staff has made me feel welcome, I never feel like I have a dumb question, and I have learned so much in just a few short months. I can’t recommend more! 10/10! Also, Tyler is the best 🤩⭐️

I will never go to this gym again. I started going here in January of last year. About 3 months later I decided to workout from home to save money and called to cancel my membership. The woman I spoke to on the phone said she would go ahead and get it cancelled. However she never did that. Crunch continued to charge a bank account I was no longer actively using and didn’t notify me at all for months. Eventually it got sent to a debt collector. When I went to crunch to go over what happened and why I’m being charged $200 from a debt collector, I was informed that the employee who spoke to me had no idea what she was doing. Apparently I could only cancel if I provided a written statement. The employee I spoke to in March of last year never told me that. This gym is highly unprofessional and made me lose $200 for a gym membership I asked to not be a part of. Train your employees crunch this is ridiculous.

Best gym I’ve ever been to. The child care is also the best with a jungle gym a computer station and color area. Awesome staff!

Awesome gym! It has a huge variety of machines and workout equipment to fit anyone's needs, and a sauna. They also have personal trainers and classes. They also have a kids crunch childcare room that's equipped with an inside playground, and tvs and I believe gaming systems. With certain memberships there's also access to tanning beds, spray tans, and hydro massage. I love it!

Editing review due to change in management: Still a beautiful facility, but terrible customer service. This place is focused on soliciting and not allowing members to end service. They do not allow the premium members to bring their guests into the gym without providing all of their personal information (email, cell phone, address). They not only harass you via calls and texts, but also harass your guest after they attend. Even when you block the numbers they use, they create a new one. The messages are just pings to join the gym and join the personal trainer program. Ending my service: I tried emailing, I tried calling, I eventually had to go into the gym after work at 7:30pm to cancel my membership due to moving out of the country. They informed me I could not do so since management had departed at 7pm. Eventually they finally cancelled my membership, I had email confirmation, BUT MY BANK WAS STILL CHARGED 10 DAYS LATER! Previous review for beginning of 2021: Amazing facility, great classes, plenty of fun stuff to do. Brand new and well kept

Two of their female employees stood there as their vendors fat shamed mall security for doing her job. Their employees act shock when they are told that customers/vendors/employees can NOT park in a fire line. In the state of Georgia it is illegal to park in the fire line. They were rude and their vendors were very disrespectful. Shame on you guys!

Called to ask about inconsistent charges, turns out they don’t actually do what you ask them to do with your account. They just lie to you. So when I calm and ask what’s going on they immediately tell me “There’s nothing more to say, it’s not our problem. You signed the contract so that’s your problem.” So obviously customer service and basic human communication was completely lost in there staffing development.
