BEST INVESTMENT EVER!!! I moved cross country from Portland, OR to Chicago, IL 10 Days ago and I am still talking about the amazing experience I had with this company. The entire staff if fabulous, professional and organized. My first contact was Seth who gave me great industry insight and a spot on estimate. Then Kaari M. (their estimator) came out to my home, same day, to verify my items and confirm the estimate given over the phone. Moving day I had Tanner M. Khyle N. and Justice the best packer/movers I've ever worked with! They were on time, professional, supportive to one another, and gave me the red carpet treatment. I have to say I had a lot of glass items, from shelving to artwork and not a single thing was broken!!! Wildly impressed. My driver was Will. He was a hoot! He was able to drive the truck into the loading dock and direct the movers here in Chicago very well. I feel horrible as I do not remember their names. My brain went dead that day from so much excitement and anticipation. We feed them Pizza though so I hope they will forgive me. Deja was another contact person thoughout the move that was great customer service. As if I haven't gushed enough... A few days after settling in I realized I was missing a decorative basket with a few items I could not find. I swear the same hour I text my friends who helped me move if they knew where it was I received an email from PDXMovers saying my basket was a stowaway that had somehow been found in the back of the truck. They are shipping it to me as we speak so I can officially say nothing was lost either! A 5 star review does not seem enough for how great this company is. Do yourself a favor. Call them ASAP!!! I called on a Monday hoping to find help moving my mother from her home into a retirement community on that coming Wednesday. I thought it may be an unrealistic request because of the short notice. I was pleasantly surprised by their willingness to fit me in their schedule. They moved my mother on that Wednesday! They communicated with me about the schedule and when they would be arriving. The movers were professional, polite, respectful of property and very patient with all of us. They were very nice young men and a pleasure to work with. This was the easiest move I've ever experienced. Thank you!!

We moved twice this year and our experience with PDX Movers was by far the best. The entire experience was great. They were responsive throughout the whole process -- very quick to set up an appointment to do the estimate and a follow-up call to review and check-ins before the move date. Moving day went more smoothly than I ever expected. The crew (Jose E, Cory A, Dominic H, Josh E, Taylor F, and Zack L) all arrived early and got right to work. We were moving a four bedroom house with a good deal of furniture, but they had everything carefully wrapped in just a few hours. They were all professional, polite, and exceptionally carefully with our belongings. At our destination, they were equally efficient unloading the truck and placing items throughout the house, even making some last minute adjustments from floor to floor. They took care to protect door frames and the hardwood floors and everything arrived with no damage. PDX Movers was great to work with and recommend them highly!

Elias, Corey, and Eric made our move into our first house stress-free and seamless! As long-time apartment dwellers who have moved every year or two, they were easily the most careful of any movers we've ever hired with our items and took great care to wrap everything and protect both our furniture and our home. Parts of the house were being painted while they moved us in, and they took that, our cats, and our awkwardly-placed doors in stride. I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism, good humor, and quick turn-around. I highly recommend PDX Movers, and thank you to Elias, Corey, and Eric for making our move so easy!

PDX Movers was an amazing company to work with! My aunt has physical and developmental disabilities and needs to stick to her morning routine. They understood and were able to accommodate us. The move before ours was underestimated, which pushed our move later. Doing the move the next day was not an option due to her medical equipment. PDX Movers immediately went into problem solving mode. They found more guys to help and did our move in record-time. Three of the guys had already been working since 7am, and our move didn't end until 9:30pm. They busted it out! They worked so fast, had great attitudes and took good care of everything. This company was on the higher end of cost and it was worth every penny!! They were a pleasure to work with and took great care of all of us, and our things, after a REALLY long day of working.

We had PDX pack us up and move us out of state. John and his team of packers did a fantastic job wrapping/protecting my heirlooms and furniture. NOTHING WAS BROKEN during the move! The movers were expeditious in loading and unloading the truck taking extra precautions when needed. They placed the furniture exactly where we asked and made sure we were satisfied with everything before leaving. This is our 7th move and couldn't have been happier with the quality and professionalism. I highly recommend this company to anyone making a move!!!

PDX Movers has moved us four times locally in the span of 2.5 years and we have nothing but rave reviews! They moved us from our house in Tigard when we sold it and into a temporary rental in Beaverton, then into a fixer upper we purchased in Lake Oswego, out of the fixer and into an apartment for a full remodel, and then back into our forever home after the remodel. They have a crew of professional, skilled workers who work hard until the job is done. They are very careful with your belongings, wrapping everything adequately with blankets and plastic wrap. They are creative problem solvers when it when it comes to moving through tight spaces, moving heavy furniture, and packing the cages effectively and efficiently in order to save you money on space. Our moves over the past 2.5 years have involved challenging logistics and these guys got the jobs done with excellence and much patience. I MUST give a special shoutout to Cory L, Seth, Grady, Ethan, Brayden, Tanner, and Nic, several of whom have seen us through all four of our moves! Keep rockin' it guys!

First off, the company was able to accommodate our move with less then two weeks notice. They were very communicative throughout the whole process. We had three movers who came and helped with the move. James M, Nick, and Bryan H were the best. They were super efficient and skilled and took the best care of all of our things. And even with the hard work, they maintained a positive and fun attitude throughout the whole process. I would definitely use this company again!

I can't recommend PDX Movers enough after the excellent move they just completed for our company. Packing and moving an entire office into storage as well as removal of the unwanted items was a tremendous help to us and they made the experience a painless one. The crew was attentive, careful and responsive to all requests and changes made throughout the move. They were even accommodating in coordinating a large cross-country move for some important equipment. They are the best!

Professional, efficient, and thorough. These guys really took the headache and stress out of moving. Jose E, Jonathan L, Billy showed up on time and got to work straightaway. They ensured both properties and all of our belongings were meticulously wrapped and protected; nothing, by the way, was damaged during the move. In addition to the awesome work ethic, they had a great attitude! It was a pleasure interacting with and watching them work. What’s more, they completed the job way ahead of schedule, saving me time and money. Overall, working with PDX movers was a wonderful experience. I hope I never have to move again but, if I must, I will be utilizing their services again.
