My battery purchase 11 months ago already dead. Go to store since I couldn't reach anyone be phone. Told I need to leave battery I asked how am I to drive. Then I get attitude. Like commone sensse should have told me to bring battery in shop. Is this how customers supposed to be treated. Also my generation Too sensitive. Once I resolve this I'm done with your store.

Please do not buy a battery for your car from here. My husband bought a battery with a 3 year warranty and after a year and a half the battery was no good. They told me I had to leave my battery with them for 24-48 hours so they can test and charge it. I use my car everyday so what am I supposed to do without my car? What is the warranty for if I’m without my car?

I visited this store on 7/9/22. The published times list 9am. Although the lights were off and the door was locked until 9:13. I spoke with the sales associate and mentioned that I almost left since the store was still closed after the published opening time. He went on to tell me that his brother-in-law who is this general manager doesn't care about one customer because when one customer leaves five more customers come thru the door. I told him that I was sharing my customer experience and it was not meant to be argumentative. The associate was very combative and argumentative and sad all money is not good money. He asked me had I ever been late ever one day in my life.... WOW, just wow! Everybody has bad days but I think I will choose another location from here on out. This was my second time visiting this location. The customer experience is poor.

I’ve never been to a Batteries + before and I just had the best car battery buying experience I’ve ever had. I’m into cars and knew I needed a battery that was different than what came with my car and the level of service and knowledge from Jose and the team at Batteries plus was off the charts. He took the time to compare a couple different batteries with the one I brought and educated me so would be able to make a well informed choice.

I had my iPhone battery replaced in late June and it didn't last but about a month until it started running out just like my previous battery. It doesn't even hold a charge when I leave it alone; the battery will be half-drained within a couple hours. I still have to charge my phone several times a day to keep it on for use. Also, they claimed they installed a new battery, but that was clearly a lie. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The 5 star rating probably works if you buy a battery here and it works. But I would strongly recommend you drive to another battery retailer because if you have a problem this company will be your worst nightmare! Bought a battery and had to put it in myself because they didn’t have the right wrench to install it. It’s a wrench!!!! 12months later the battery wouldn’t hold a charge and burned out my alternator for a $750.00 repair. I took the battery back after the alternator guys tried to charge the battery for 5 1/2 hours and Battery Bulb guys want to charge it for at least 24 hours leaving me without a car. Do I really want this battery back if it doesn’t charge in 8 hrs? I’m leaving town tomorrow leaving my wife without a car for a week. Like I said, I’d pick another store!!!!

I was in here today because I had called the day before to see if they had a certain battery in stock. The guy who I spoke with had told me that they did but when I came in I was told a different story. Even though he checked to see if they had the battery in stock, he wanted to double check with his manager. When he did, the manager told me that they didn't carry that specific type of battery because it was more advanced or something like that. Okay that was not a problem but then when I asked him (the manager) about a specific light bulb for over the stove, he told me to bring in the bulb that I am using now. I tried to explain to him the kind of bulb that I had, in fact I even showed him a picture of one that was on the 10% discount business card that he had given me and yet he couldn't tell me off the bat what kind of bulb that I needed. With that said, I will either try HD or Lowes and hopefully an associate there will give me better result's. Other then that the staff was pretty friendly and helpful "just not with the right kind of bulb that I needed"
