I would not recommend Amore Nails. I went here for the first time a few weeks ago for a fill and the next day one nail broke completely off. I called to schedule a time to get the nail fixed and the lady working at the front desk was extremely rude and it felt like I was an inconvenience. The lady who fixed my broken nail was a lead technician and immediately drew attention to how my nails were wavy and uneven, which I had already noticed. She asked if she could bring over the technician who did the fill so she could show her what she did wrong, which I was totally okay with. However, when she came over and looked at them, they both acknowledged that they didn't look good, but left them and only fixed the broken nail. I would have appreciated if they acknowledged their mistake and fixed it. The next day another nail fell off but I didn't even bother to call to get it fixed, I just went to another salon. Needless to say, I won't be returning and wouldn't waste your money. Service: Acrylic nails

I feel bad because the woman I went to seemed nice, i came here as a treat to myself and the reviews seemed good. However, while I was there, the woman was chatting with her coworkers about other bad customers while cutting my cuticles, and I never get my nails done so i thought this process was always a little painful, but now I have scabs around some of my cuticles. Also, it has been 3 days since my appointment, and despite my best efforts to be careful, some of the polish is coming completely off my fingers, like just in one piece completely falling off. I hate giving bad reviews but it’s just super frustrating for me to spend money on a service that left me in pain and with nails that didn’t even last 3 days Services: Pedicure, Manicure, Nail painting

Brittaney at the front desk called and left a message and even followed up with a text to make sure it hit my radar, even asked that I call her after hours to make sure my experience was still on par! She handles all of it like a champ--greeting, scheduling, wrapping up someone's visit and makes it seamless. She's a real asset to the company and always a joy to my day. Service: Pedicure

I really love getting my nails done here! Eleina, has done my nails both times and has done an incredible job! During the appointment she always checks in and makes sure your comfortable. She’s incredibly friendly and is a good conversationalist! Eleina always does incredible with my nails and I am always happy with the results!

I love going to Amore on Parkcenter! Paris has been doing my nails for almost a year! She's so talented! All of the girls are so sweet, from the receptionist to all of the nail techs! The environment so fun and I leave feeling amazing! Highly recommend! Service: Acrylic nails

This is the worst place I have ever been. The manager was extremely rude and inappropriate.no massage, clean they can’t paint not even the manager. They need to shut down retrain and not worry about having their own nails done. The only professional person was the front desk lady. Don’t ever go here!!!!!! Owner I reviewed the correct store reservation was underneath Lori Cummings Follow up everyone please read the response from the OWNER! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen! I get pedicures all the time and have never used gel! Clearly they have no clue what they are doing!

I really wanted to like this place. Not only was the service overpriced for what I received but when I asked for things to be fixed it was not corrected. I got a gel mani and pedi. The gal I worked with put too many layers of polish on that majority of my nails have wrinkled. When I pointed out the mistakes she proceed to add more polish and say that my nails aren’t smooth and therefore the polish isn’t sitting correctly. I finally asked for my manicure for her to redo some of them and she proceed to go as heavy handed with the nail polish. Every time I gave feedback she would respond defensively and would try to put it back on me. In the pic you can see the polish is wrinkled and very clearly uneven. Edit (Response to Owner) My appt was yesterday at 3:45 with Gianella you spelt my name wrong and had my name in your system as Naomi Fallay. I appreciate the attempt to write this off on another studio though. If I can back I would request a new nail tech.

My nail tech, Hunter, did an amazing job and I'm so please with the outcome! She took her time while removing my old gel polish as to preserve my nails which I really appreciated and she even helped me find the exact colors that I wanted! The salon was clean and had a friendly environment, I will definitely be back! Service: Gel manicures

Really enjoyed my first visit to amore nails today! I was seen right at my appointment time and Lindsey took her time and was very detailed to make sure my Nails were perfect! Also enjoyed the “dry manicure technique” as it is better for your nails long term. Will definitely be returning :) Service: Gel manicures
