Website was confusing, lots of hidden fees, and staff is horrible at answering the phone, the guy there was not very friendly and their shop is a mess, also the people there make the rental process confusing and painful. But had a blast at the dunes and the razor worked fine. All said and done if I had to do it again I would go down the road to patriot razor rentals.

Great customer service and prices. Came to the rescue on a family trip and got us back rollin. Got a buddies rzr tunes and it rips! Highly recommend.

Attempted to call them during normal business hours and only got the answering machine multiple times. Finally got a call back from them only to be greeted with attitude and told that they were busy recovering a wrecked UTV. The woman on the phone seemed angry and was very snappy and then proceeded to hang up on me after she had called me. I promptly called her back and let her know it was extremely rude to start out a professional conversation the way she did and finish it by hanging up. I informed her I would be posting a negative review and hung up. Immediately I received another call from her but this time she was actually attempting to be polite but only after hearing I would write a poor review. Clearly customer service doesn’t matter to these people and I am shocked they are running a business. If it would let me give 0 stars I definitely would. I am adding this in regard to your owners response. It is irrelevant what services I was calling for the fact that I was immediately greeted with attitude shows how truly unprofessional this business is and even at the end of their response you can see the attitude that I received on the phone. Might want to consider having someone with less of a temper who can maintain a professional demeanor deal with customers since apparently she is not capable of this task. I stand by my review and everything I stated in it and it will not be taken down at any point. If I could review again based on response I would.

I will never rent nor do business with this man again. I came up to have a good time on a Sunday. They had no proper helmet to fit me. It seemed like all they wanted was my money and to send my on my way. They never did a look over on my rental. As I was leaving I noticed a cap on the hood of the utv rental. He hurried and put it on and I left. I went out riding and had my fun a couple hours later I got high center and a experienced friend helped me push it off the sand berm. We let it sit and checked for any damage. I was going at a slow speed and basically got stuck high centered. I took my utv back early and the owners wife asked if there was any accidents. I said no as I was in a rush to get back home. 20 minutes later they blew up my phone claiming I had roled the utv and they had called the police on me and wanted a 500 deductible plus 300 for rollover. I stated my case and tried to meet in the middle but they both kept calling me a liar. Wow what a way to treat your customers. I explained I have no problem fixing any damage I have caused but without a look over how was i to know if I’m being scammed for someone else’s wreck. The passenger door would not open when I stopped at the gas station small things on it I noticed were broken. He tried claiming I ran it without oil and possibly damaged the engine. I claimed it is not possible the engine would have siezed hours beforehand. I really feel this man is super shady and I would not rent from him again. I’m now going to have to sue him for the bogus charges he is claiming.

Had an amazing time renting from these guys. St. Anthony Sand dunes is defiantly a sight to see. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Very easy to deal with. If anyone needs a rental check this place out. I will always rent from them from here on out. Thank you guys for such a great service!

Had Hansen do some work on my rzr. Flash and turbo kit. he did amazing work. Rzr ran like a champ. Will be doing business with him again. I highly recommend for anyone who is needing repairs or performance work. Also did a recovery for a buddy of mine for his wrecked can am. Thank you Hansen performance we will be seeing you soon for some more upgrades.

These guys are awesome! We had some troubles with our Rzr not once but two times. They were quick and affordable! And really really know there stuff of you have anything go wrong with your toys at the dunes stop by or give them a call you won't be disappointed! Great guys great service!
