Love the store, good selection, friendly staff. Most important that the shop is located on the second floor, which is good😉 - there is no people who are not interested in crafts. They have pretty good selection of glass beads and some gems. I found what i wanted! ✌️✌️

Really good experience while shopping for supplies. The costumer service is EXCELLENT! They helped me decide the right gauges and tools I needed for an specific project, that speeds up your shopping process when you have doubts/confusions! The space wasn't as well organized as other beading places I've frequented in NY. However the customer service by the young Asian Brother who took care of us was outstanding. His patience and knowledge is why I will be returning!!!!

Was looking for hobby-level high-end findings to recycle and repair vintage jewelry and BeadKraft had everything I needed and wanted. Great pricing, gorgeous selection of Swarovski beads, neat and tidy presentation of everything. The owner Ken is a doll, super knowledgable and went the extra mile to make me feel valued. The other staff was very helpful and friendly too. Will be back when I run out!
