Had my bike in their shop for nearly ONE YEAR. Got it back with leaking brake fluid and they apparently didn't notice the clutch was trashed. Not sure how these items were missed in the time they had it. They either lack attention to detail or they willingly let me ride a bike that was not roadworthy. Either way, bad experience and i hope others read the reviews BEFORE trusting them with your life. Services: Battery, Oil change, Engine repair, Brake service & repair, Tires

They take forever to get the parts for the motorcycles and make the repair, They are so unprofessional, they have bad customer service and they do not give you the bikes on time its almost a month and my bike is still not done and he said in 2 weeks it would be done but still have not received it. Service: Carburetor cleaning

Amazing service and even better customer service. I have a Harley and you already know parts or work is expensive to do at the dealer. These guys will go out of there way to fine you a good part for a good price. They are very good with keeping you up to date with the status of your bike and letting you know the different possibilities and prices you can go with. I couldn’t ask for a better shop!! Need to take your bike here.

Had rear tire replaced and asked to have rear pads checked. Had approx. 16000 miles on bike. Replaced rear tire and said brakes too. Less than 500 miles later took the bike to Harley for full service. Said rear pads were 50% worn? Seems to me the pads were either not replaced or replaced with used pads? Don’t know it doesn’t matter now. Just be cautious if your gonna go here for sevice. Employees were nice guys. A little pricey I thought after looking around at other places. Shop around!! Services: Brake service & repair, Tires

Best Cycle II has absolutely phenomenal service. I've had my Harley, my son's Yamaha and my lawn tractor all services here. I'd never go anywhere else. The owner, Bill goes out of his way to get the parts needed and the work completed fast. They know what they are doing and I'm thankful for that. This shop is the place to go for your motorcycle specialty needs, they have an amazing group of mechanics that get the job done right. They also service my dad's riding mower with prompt and courteous pick- up and delivery service. If they don't have that part you've been looking for, Bill will find it. Thank you Best Cycle!!

I'll start by saying that they did diagnose and fix my bikes issue and for that I am grateful. However there was a lot of negatives in my experience with them. -They were almost 2hrs late on picking up the bike (scheduled) with no call, I had to call them and was late for work. -They asked if I had brought in a battery with my bike which I had. Said they would give me back a good used battery (mine was only had 2 runs one it, was almost brand new from the previous season). -Broke the stator cover and charged me for a new one. -Charged me an extra 5% for using a card to pay, no indication this would be the case prior to me showing up, a heads up would have been fantastic so I could have gone to the bank first and saved some money. -Poor communication. Overall it wasn't the best experience. I think they are capable and can do the work but simply lack the professionalism of a bigger shop.

I was recommended by a client of mine to this shop. Rj sayed great things about this place and he wasnt lying! The guys got my scooter running great! The whole process was relatively easy. I called ,got a time for drop off, got a call a few days later saying the scooter was ready. At home i battled with it for weeks trying to figure out jetting and stuff untill i finally sayed "let the pro's handle it". And they did. Im very pleased! The price wasn't outrageous. $145 later im back scooting around town having fun. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!
