My estimate was $2000 more expensive for repair than Caliber Collision. Had a fender bender and they tried to tell me my hood needed replaced when it just needed realligned. They gave a $4600 repair estimate while Caliber Collision gave me an estimate for the same repair for $2600.

I had my company truck repaired here in January of 2022. Very professional and courteous from the initial inspection and estimate, all the way through repair and delivery. They even had an issue with the paint booth that pushed back the start date, and they still were able to accomplish the repair on time. Paint looks exactly as the rest of the truck. They did an excellent job and delivered the truck clean inside and out, and I’m picky, still immaculate when I got it back. Appreciate the help from the estimator and Donnie, and all the associates that had a hand in completing the job right, and in a timely manner.

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service I have received every time I’ve had to have repairs to my vehicle. It’s never a good thing when you have to go and have your vehicle repaired due to a collision of some sort. So when you do have to seek out repairs and the entire process is seamless in every way possible, it makes things a lot less stressful. I had my Honda towed to the body shop for repairs. Unfortunately my car ended up being totaled but the help I got through out my experience was extremely helpful. Everyone there was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The shop manager reached out to me a few times through my experience just to make me aware of what was going on. The team did an absolutely stellar job on my car which was given in very bad shape after a deer crossing incident. I was stunned by the quality of work and finish and felt like it was a brand new vehicle. The team was very responsive during the entire process in giving me timely updates and kept their on word on delivery timeline. I would 100% recommend this center! Left my vehicle here for repair since late July. Checked back regularly through phone and they provided us with updates. I was told they finished disassembling last week and this is the picture I took today on September 8th. They didn’t do anything since July. Full of lies. Please DO NOT choose. Update 9/9: The company's leadship started to handle my geniue revierw with a uniqe approach: 1. Accused my review and experience as dishonest; 2. Claimed my payment check for parts ordered as 'bad check' without cash in or any other valid clause; 3. Threatened me to remove this review with pursuit of legal actions, without even a single sentence of apology; 4. And finally doubted the connection between my real and online identity, released my personal information and stated I never used their collision repair service. I hope everyone who visited their Google profile has a chance to see this review, that's how they handle customer complaint after their own mistakes. Now I understand why their multiple employees treated me with series of lies, excuses and dishonest, because that culture started from their own leadership.
