Best post office in the area. They have it together FAR more than Champaign. Short lines and efficient staff!

This USPS is phenomenal! The guy that helped us was absolutely amazing! His positive energy and happiness to help us was just so much better than the experience we had at the USPS on Mattis Avenue. I believe the woman at Mattis avenue was named Laura and she treated us like we owed her something. I would totally recommend coming to this location!

I would like to give 0 star, they don't give me receipt with no reason, so rude and unprofessional

I have had several great experiences at this location. Staff are always friendly and keep the line moving. I made an appointment for passport services and was in and out in 15 minutes!

I came in to drop off a prepaid package. I was told I can not get a receipt. The guy who said it was very rude when he informed me without giving a reason why. I stated that generally when my packages are scanned in I am given a receipt. He told me, firmly “we don’t do that here, have an nice day.” There was no one behind me to rush me out. As I was leaving out I could hear him talking badly about me to his coworker. This is very unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off a package with a prepaid label for a merchant return and asked for a receipt and was told “you made this label at home, you should have a copy of this” he didn’t give me a receipt and just walked away with my package. Rude. His name is Mark. In addition to that many of the employees were not wearing mask and the current state mandate by the governor is to wear a mask.

If you go to the Post Office, the customer service is 4.5 stars of great. But, waiting for delivery of packages is about a 1.5. I’ve had packages never arrive(?), packages that arrive very late that were clearly delivered to the wrong box and someone writes that on it, and delays. A package I was eagerly awaiting said it would arrive on Friday. No package. Texts from USPS on Saturday said out for delivery by 8pm. The next text said out for delivery by 3:45pm. The next said delivery on MONDAY!!! Not appreciated since it contains special food for my animals. And the Post Office building closed 2 hours ago. Very unhappy with this type of service.

My apartment has one of those mailbox banks with special package boxes for large mail. My first time receiving a package... and the package box key wouldn't turn in the lock. I called the Savoy post office for help, and a post office employee was there in within 15 minutes to fix the problem. Turns out my package was so big it had jammed the door shut (oops!). Kudos to the post office guy for being prompt and friendly, especially so close to closing time!

Staff is always friendly and being helpful, but they are definitely a stickler on incoming package postage. I've received a fair number of postage due charges on packages received due to the sender not getting the postage quite right (weight, method of sending, packaging, etc)

The clerks there are always friendly. They are also very efficient . The best Post office in Champaign county. If you want to turn north on 45 you can go to Curtis rd on Wesley turn right on to Curtis and there is a light about two blocks down.
