Wow the staff here is so unprofessional!!!! Linda is one of the worst kind of people I have had to deal with. I am embarrassed to say I even went here to spend money to have Linda disrespect me call me names and start screaming in my face when I am a paying customer and have been for years now. Never did I think a grown woman would act like that but I will never go here again so respect my 5 year old acts better then you Linda. It’s ok I’m sure your use to being disrespectful this is nothing new for you.

This is the gas station I usually go to, usually the employees are super friendly and professional. Dale is the only exception. Not only is she rude, she is incredibly racist! Today I used a $100 bill and asked for $80 in change. No problem whatsover. The guy behind me also tried to use a $100 bill, but Dale told him they can't accept that. The only difference between me and the man behind me was our ethnicities. I am white and he was hispanic. I was shocked when the man came up to me afterwards and tried to figure out what just happened. Please fire this lady, she is not an ideal employee or human being.

The quality of the car wash here is extraordinary. 5 stars. I rate it ONE star for employee ineptitude. Truth? If I could rate that ZERO it would be generous. Had a problem with a Groupon for car wash. Previously spoke with "Ryan" who was to leave a message for manager "Gina" to call me back next day. Three days, no call. Just now I called (2:00 am) on the chance to reach Ryan since this is when HE answered the other night. Dialed... "Circle K, this is Victoria." Asked if Ryan was in. "No, he transferred to Fox Lake." Explained why I was calling thinking I might reach Ryan. "Wait. You're calling at 2:00 a.m. for a manager about a Groupon problem?" No. I'm calling at 2:00 a.m. in hopes of asking Ryan if he delivered my message since, again, he was on shift this time of night when I first called. "Call tomorrow and ask for the manager who'll be in then." And that's Gina, correct? "I can't tell you," says the person who had just answered by name. "We don't give out personal information like that." OH. You mean like YOU just telling me where RYAN, who originally told me the manager is Gina, just transferred to? I live in the area. I know where Fox Lake is. That seems far more dangerous than simply confirming the first name of a head store manager I should ask for tomorrow. "Is that a threat?" A threat? In what way? "You tracking down Ryan where he now works." Did I ask you where Ryan works? He worked where you're standing 3 nights ago. It never occurred to ask. While we're at it though? Why did you wonder why I was calling to speak with a manager about a Groupon problem at 2:00 a.m.? You're a 24/7 store. Do you assume I would know when ANY employee, or manager, would be on shift? "Just call tommorrow." GEE. Ya THINK?? America is absolutely now devoid of all hope for anything.

this is a bad place to go for cigarettes. I used to go weekly for 1 to 2 cartons. it seems that more often than not they do not have my brand, which is not an off brand. I will not be going back after this weekend, coming out empty handed. when you have a loyal customer and know you are often not able to give them what they came for, adjust your inventory!
