This is the gas station I usually go to, usually the employees are super friendly and professional. Dale is the only exception. Not only is she rude, she is incredibly racist! Today I used a $100 bill and asked for $80 in change. No problem whatsover. The guy behind me also tried to use a $100 bill, but Dale told him they can't accept that. The only difference between me and the man behind me was our ethnicities. I am white and he was hispanic. I was shocked when the man came up to me afterwards and tried to figure out what just happened. Please fire this lady, she is not an ideal employee or human being. ~Jackie

I wish I can leave zero stars. First they filled my prescription without my doctor consent. They send me message about not having refills so I asked if they contact my doctor. Apparently she send in prescription and I picked it up. Well, no more refills so I end up calling my doctor who confirmed there was never called from this location about refills. So, who did they call if not my doctor? I called today and I was on hold for 17 min so while still on the phone with them I walked in the store to see why they are constantly putting me on hold. Sure enough there was 6 of them not busy but twice in front of me picked up the phone and hangout again putting me on hold. In front of me..... so unprofessional and rude. Shame on you people. So if any of you have issues with being on hold go inside and watch the staff. They are doing it on purpose. I wonder what happened to management ~Nevzeta

Absolutely the worst service ever. I reserved a car on July 7th for pickup on July 12th. This was for a business trip. I received the standard email with my confirmation number an thought I was good to go. I used to rent weekly and, at one time, was a Platinum member. However, when I arrived the morning of the 12th for pickup, I was told that there were no cars available. The clerk said " I was just about to call you, I have a list of people I need to notify". Apparently, I was not the only person who was going to be left stranded that morning. The fact that Enterprise was completely out of vehicles when they knew they had reservations waiting is totally unacceptable. Further, not notifying me in advance put me a a real bind and jeopardized my business. To add insult to injury, I contacted their support team and have yet to receive a response. In my opinion, Enterprise customer service has steadily been going downhill and, for me, this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I shall never rent from Enterprise again. ~David

Additionally, Todd and team stepped up when I had an emergency and needed help hours before a big trip. They moved quickly found the issue, repaired, explained what happened and got me on the road all inside of 30 minutes. Saved the day.
