Absolutely the worst service ever. I reserved a car on July 7th for pickup on July 12th. This was for a business trip. I received the standard email with my confirmation number an thought I was good to go. I used to rent weekly and, at one time, was a Platinum member. However, when I arrived the morning of the 12th for pickup, I was told that there were no cars available. The clerk said " I was just about to call you, I have a list of people I need to notify". Apparently, I was not the only person who was going to be left stranded that morning. The fact that Enterprise was completely out of vehicles when they knew they had reservations waiting is totally unacceptable. Further, not notifying me in advance put me a a real bind and jeopardized my business. To add insult to injury, I contacted their support team and have yet to receive a response. In my opinion, Enterprise customer service has steadily been going downhill and, for me, this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I shall never rent from Enterprise again. ~David
