This location is at an airport but they refuse to open past 8:30pm to accommodate for late flights. The person on the phone and her supervisor were of no help. There isn’t a location in the area that stays open past 8:30pm and they told me I could wait at the airport until the next day to pick up the car or pay to change my flights. Terrible customer service.

you can use a debit card for anything in life... Except renting a car from ENTERPRISE, Bloomington, IL Airport. even if your company reserves it and is paying it... ENTERPRISE will NOT let you use a debit card... you can use debit to rent anything... jet skis, bicycle,.hotels, airline tickets... ect.. just cant use one at ENTERPRISE, Bloomington,IL Airport... heck I could buy that car I was going to rent with a debit card. AND NO iam NOT getting major credit card... I dont like debt. who borrows money when you already have it? MARINADE on that

I arrived at the desk a few minutes after it closed. The last employee came out and took care of me even though I was late. They upgraded me to an SUV, it had no engine power, would rather have had the Ford Fusion as was told at booking. I had to wait over 45 minutes to get the car after checking in. They messed up the drop off location so I had to contact them to correct it. I was called several days after I dropped the car off, told me I still had the car because it had not been checked in at the drop off, if not found I would have to pay for the days it was not checked in. I told the agent I did turn it in and was not paying anything but the 1 day I used it. I have not heard from them after that. Seems there is a serious problem between locations as well as messing up the booking information.

I was faced with a family emergency a few months ago, a car was reserved to get me and my family to Midway and when I went to get it I was informed it was not going to arrive, nor did ANY OTHER Enterprise in town manage to have a vehicle for me, despite the claim that they did, not two hours prior. I understand situations change, but if I can be inconvenienced and risked missing a flight for a funeral... With nothing more than a "We tried..Sorry"... Than maybe someone else's car shouldn't arrive? I remained silent on this for a few months but decided after holidays, the list loved ones birthday... "I tried (not to complain), but sorry." (Not sorry)
