I think Starbucks is overrated, too trendy, and expensive. I go there to purchase coffee bean, and even that's not that great. I grind my own beans, make my own coffee creamer, whipped cream, ice and flavors.

Drive-thru had a very long line. So I went inside and it was fast service cuz I was the only one in there.

Best Starbucks in the area. They are consistent with their production, have never messed up an order, and the staff here is truly amazing. Shout out to Mallory, Rita, and Lauren for always making our morning visits delightful.

I was in a few weeks ago so this is a bit overdue. Every time I come to the Starbucks it’s neither bad nor fantastic! Now the product is always great! But there’s never really anyone that’s memorable or that stands out, or that goes out of the way and ask you about your day. Who am I to complain though? I believe the young woman I met was named Emily or Cassie? I’m sorry I can’t remember but she had pink hair. She was very nice! There were a few things on the menu that I wanted that were unavailable. Because of her kindness, she could’ve told me nothing was available and I would’ve been OK with that. Thanks again!

This was my first time at this location. The bathroom was nice but they were out of paper towels. The guy taking the order was too busy working drive thru as well and i ended up with one of the drinks in my order made with reg milk instead of almond so I had to have them remake it. It happens so it's okay but lost a star.

I always go to this location, and sure sometimes they're out of ingredients but that's just something that happens at Starbucks and other restaurants and cafes. I don't know why people are being melodramatic about it. It happens. It's life. The drinks here are significantly better than when I order the same drinks from locations on the north side in Chicago. The baristas work quickly and hard, and they manage to stay friendly (which as a former retail employee, I know is difficult). Thank you to the friendly employees at this location who always make my drink delicious!

Had a great experience here. It was definitely really packed however employees were moving fast and the manager was staying engaged with employees so they wouldn't get overwhelmed as well as thanking all customers. I can see why this Starbucks is always packed, they have excellent customer service. There is 3 Starbucks that are closer to my house but i recently tried this one and will be back. I enjoyed the atmosphere they set.
