Eric has been very helpful and informative throughout the whole process, and his prices have been comparable/better than other quotes I’ve received. He even gave me a $50 coupon off my rear brakes without prompting.

He listened well, did what I asked and made appropriate and honest suggestions. I did not feel in the least like he tried to upsell me and I felt like he treated me fairly and honestly. The folks here went above and beyond for me. Blewout a tire on my travel trailer late on Friday night. Got me in at 7AM on Saturday morning. 4 new tires one hour and fifteen minutes later me and my very happy grandson were on our way!

Eric and Bruce are amazing. They're so professional and spot on when it comes to diagnosing your vehicle. Nine times out of ten, they'll take your vehicle the same or next day and have it ready for you in a timely matter. I've recommended all of my friends and family. I don't trust anyone with my vehicle but them.

The customer service here is awesome. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The waiting area has comfortable chairs and a tv. My husband and i do all oil changes and tires here. The only thing negative today was the restroom. It had obviously not be cleaned in quite awhile! Please get this cleaned guys!

Didn't properly reinstall my oil pan drain plug on a bmw 325i. Ran completely dry of oil before my light on the dash alerted me of a problem and thank God BMW is smarter than these people. They acted like I had some sort of problem mechanically. This was at 186000 miles. Now has about 240000. Same car and engine. No issues since but I wouldn't ever take my car back to such imbusouls. Thank God my car was ok because it's like a child to me. Do not trust them with ur Bentley bimmer or lumina. Nothing. No how no way.
