New phone does not work, cannot make or receive phone calls. Workers blame Samsung and are unable to fix the problem or cancel my service.... So now I am paying over $100.00 for nothing. SERVICE THE PHONES YOU SELL OR PROVIDE SOME OPTION TO RECOVER LOSS!!!!

The man who helped me today, Mason, went above and beyond. I was having trouble upgrading to a new phone and he didn't give up until the problem was solved. I don't think I've ever dealt with such a polite and helpful employee. Give this man a raise and a long paid vacation lol! Made my whole day, thank you so much.

I went into the store today with some questions about my current plan and my payments. The young Asian man, I can’t quite remember his name, was very helpful. He answered all my questions and really helped me have a good understanding of all my options. The rest of the staff was busy and I was surprised by how well they were helping everyone in the store. The best Verizon store I’ve ever been too!! Update!!!! I went back into the store today and again needed assistance. I was greeted by the same young Asian man mentioned in the post previously. This time I had the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere before. This man was worse than a McDonald’s drive thru employee on a Tuesday night at 11:30. I will never go back to this Verizon store again.

Dustin and Paige were awesome, very helpful, and patient. It took 3 trys to transfer my apps and data. Dustin worked on it for over 2 hours making sure everything was on my new phone.

I can’t thank Dustin enough for all that he did for us while we were in the store trying to get new phones! We have stopped by multiple other locations for them each to tell us something different. We walked into the Centralia location already extremely frustrated with how everything else was going. Dustin listened to our issues and listened to what we exactly wanted done and to get on a new plan and he never once gave up until he got everything figured out for us. Dustin, thank you for staying late to make sure everything was finished, we greatly appreciate it!! I HIGHLY recommend Dustin in the Centralia location for all of your phone needs!!!

Went into the store to set up an account for a new business. Had an amazing experience Justin was very helpful and professional. He got my account set up and ready to be installed and made sure to follow up post installation too. Definitely went above and beyond and great customer service.
