When I tried to complain to management about a really poor experience they forwarded my messages to my server who reached out on fb messenger to insult and harass me (though I made a point to compliment her service and left a 25% tip because I did not think the situation was primarily her fault). Bad dinner experience is one thing… having staff harass you for complaining is next level though. Not my first negative experience with The Draft but will be my last. Photo attached is the lime provided for my beer. And despite it’s color, yes it was a lime. Can’t speak on the food cause while we were there and hour and a half they weren’t able to serve the first or second thing I ordered.

Would have gotten 5 stars but it took an exceptionally long time to get out food. To be fair, they were short staffed and the bartender didn't stop moving for even a minute. It's not the most eye catching interior. Kinda empty and open. Just tables and video gambling style games My brother and I ate there last Friday. We got an appetizer of pretzel bites with beer cheese, which was excellent. I had the western burger with seasoned hand cut fries. Unfortunately, the fries did not come seasoned. But they were hot and very good and the burger was really good. We saved some of the beer cheese for our fries. My brother had the power play burger and hand cut fries. He said it was very good. Too bad it took so long, we were going to just pay and leave but they came out just as we asked for the check, they put them into carry out containers and we ate on the fly. Hopefully we can go another time and actually eat there. We certainly recommend you give it a try. I recall asking the bartender for her favorites and she says the loaded Mac and cheese is insanely good. Sorry we were on the run and I didn't get pics.

We went there with a large group so I get that's a challenge. I feel our server did the best she could but our food came out at different intervals and took awhile. I didn't like that fact the menu didn't have any prices, pretty expensive bar food and everything is extra money. At least print menus with prices because it's irritating to be surprised with all the upcharges.

20+ TVs but only 3 channels...so don't ask to watch something that's not on...they won't change the channel. So we left and went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Can't speak for the food but the beer was cold.

Only two employees working the floor and bar area to cover the entire establishment. They need more help!! Only had two beers and left because they were backed up in the kitchen. I was told it's hit or miss with the staff. Very friendly and accommodating for the pressure they had to serve everyone.

NASTY The table was sticky and the waitress wouldn't give us a bar rag because she blamed the stickiness on the humidity. The menu she brought didn't have prices. She said she didn't have a menu with prices and we could just ask her prices on whatever we were interested in. She was rude and condescending so we got up and left for a real restaurant. The kids still refer to this place as THE STICKY BAR.

My coworkers and I stopped in for a beer and early dinner after work Saturday. We had the best wings in Decatur. I would also recommend the horseshoe or burgers.

Lunch was great! We enjoyed the Western burger and my favorite The Overtime! Service was exceptional! Hannah did great!

Nothing on the internet is correct. No happy hour. Nothing on internet site menu is even on the real menu. Menu at bar has no prices on it. Nice place inside however. Very slow service but kinda expect that now with short staff. Marketing dept needs to get with it. This place could be packed if they stayed up to date. Decent place for a bite to eat and hang out with friends. It was pretty empty inside, but apparently the patio was packed. We say ourselves inside as apparently the servers / staff behind the bar were too busy to greet us. We sat for about 10 minutes at least before a server came over to us. She asked us if we had been helped and we said no. She said she thought someone had come over, but explained she was serving a huge party of at least 30 out on the patio. She was very nice, pleasant, and tried to be as quick, efficient as possible without making us feel unwelcome. She was great taking our orders, bringing water, and overall pretty attentive to helping, serving us. Her name is Lindsey. The food servings were pretty big and what we ordered was pretty yummy..
