This review is about the in-store pharmacy. I should have read the other reviews before choosing this Walgreens. Pharmacy staff were nice but the wait time was ridiculous. The queue was long and moving at a glacial pace. When I finally made it to the counter I was told it would take at least another hour to get my prescription ready. There were others too who had already been waiting there for their meds. Also, there were senior citizens who understandably, cannot stand in line for these long wait times. Thankfully, there were some chairs they could use. I chose to leave and come back later for pick-up because they said they would text me when it would be ready. My prescription was not ready until the next day when I had to call and check its status. Did not get any text updates. Not coming back to this pharmacy in the future.

How are older folks supposed to stand in this long line??? I know that Rite Aid send all their Pharmacy customers here, but this line is hellish 👹👹👹 please do something about it. Also, lower your prices, there is stuff I would buy here but not at these high prices...

I got a call to pick up my prescription otherwise I'd miss my refill. I'm like okay great, I go in the store is nice clean organized they have staff on hand great. Then when you get to the pharmacy I had to wait 35 minutes in line just for a refill. And this is normal they have staff but not even Rite-Aid before nvr ever took this long ever maybe 10 minutes. The staff and store are a joke with customer service. Maybe if the staff cared or was paid better I'd give a 5. But next time I'm switching to a different pharmacy. Do not send your prescription to the University and Chicago you will wait 35+ minutes

I made an appointment at 9.45AM for the covid test because on the website showing that we could make an appointment at 9.45AM. I waited til 10.00AM, still nobody showed up. DO NOT BOOK AT 09:45AM!! They aren’t working this time.

This is the slowest pharmacy ever! I have to wait between 1h30 to 2 to hours to pick up my prescriptions. And this is the same scenario every single time. The lines are extremely long and the staff seems to be incompetent. It is ridiculous! They either need to hire new people or review the way they operate because it is highly inefficient.

Specifically the Pharmacy. They get a 3 only because they never used to be a bad store. We started coming to this Walgreens over 3 years ago. Customer service was impeccable. The staff were friendly and you could be in and out of there fast. Not so much anymore. The staff, to be fair, are severely overworked. We already know they are underpaid for the work that they do. The dynamic changed over the years with staff changes and when the local Rite Aid closed, all hell broke loose as Walgreens scrambled to grab that new business, leaving existing customers behind and in the dust, basically saying "To hell with you! We want these new customers." And that is exactly the way it feels.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. Waiting in drive thru line for almost 30 minutes and this is minimum every time I come. If I had a more convenient option, I would go else where. Be prepared for a long wait and meh customer service. I’m not sure if it’s cause they’re understaffed or cause of the pandemic or if it’s cause of the rite aid pharmacy info transfer or a combination of the three, but I waited about 40 mins just to be told the prescription didn’t even exist after being told on Tuesday it would be ready Wednesday evening. And when I couldn’t tell the lady helping me out who helped me Tuesday she seemed uninterested in helping me. Kinda sucks cause it’s the pharmacy closest to me/UCR :/

I just waited 40 mins behind 4 cars. I have been at the window 5 whole mins no one in sight!. They are the WORST! They messed up my sons prescription and kept me waiting 5 days because they were getting “approval” and they were asking my insurance for an old prescription!!! Changing as of today! This is stupid. Don’t waste your time!
