my privacy was NOT taken into consideration by this rogue female pharmacist! she was busy so she yelled out the consultation information while i was waiting in the cubical and everyone heard so humiliating insensitive and sadly i assume racial

I have been with CVS PHARMACY FOR OVER 15 years!!!! I requested to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy because my wife has her prescriptions there and would be more convenient. Low and behold after my request to transfer to new pharmacy CVS HAS NO RECORDS OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS. They deleted everything and all of a sudden all my records are gone. So heads up when dealing with CVS I never in my wildest dreams a pharmacy would or could be able to do this. I am still tripping this happened……

Been trying to get thru to the pharmacy on the phone for over a half hour and no one answers. I called the front store and they say that the pharmacy is really busy with a long line. It’s ridiculous that the corporate office doesn’t give the store and pharmacy enough hours to run the store properly and give good customer service. I understand that the store can only work with the hours they are given to schedule. But the corporate office needs to be more on top of giving the stores what they need to run the store properly.

I had a 1pm appointment on a weekday to get my covid shot. Even though I filled in everything online, I had to fill out everything again in person. Then, after being told they don't actually use the online check in system (I still waited in line) I had to wait nearly 40 minutes just to get my shot because they needed to keep taking people picking up prescriptions before they would do any vaccines. I would not recommend this location for vaccines unless you are read your have your appt take an hour. :/

the pharmacy opens at 10am on sunday. this is ridiculous what are just supposed to sit in pain for 12 hours while you guys take your time opening late on sunday. we should all boycott cvs pharmacy till they extend hours!!

I've never seen a pharmacy staffed with 4 people move a line so slow. My old CVS back in Michigan had 2 on staff at any time, and moved twice as many people with half the staff...

Was here for my annual flu shot. No greeting when I walked into the store and it looked pretty devoid of customers too. Saw quite a bit of Halloween decorations though. The folks at the Pharmacy greeted me promptly and administered the flu vaccine expertly. The technicians in the pharmacy turned out to be the only thing that was worthy and solid in customer service. As for the rest of the store's employees negative, zilch, nada! Most likely, I will not be using this particular CVS again due to the fact that I have witnessed how they really run the establishment overall.

Pharmacy tech was less than courteous and kind. I went in to fill a prescription for ny husband who injured his groin at work and she tells me one of the prescriptions isnt covered by our insurance so she needs to call the Dr for an alternative. Fine. But then she proceeds to ask me "does he actually need it? I dont know how fast I can get to it. Maybe by Monday. First of all its not her job to ask whether or not a person needs a medication and second of all its Friday. Hes supposed to go all weekend without the prescription given to him on Thursday? Completely unprofessional and rude.

I went in and I bought a nail file, CVS brand. When I got home opening it took five minutes was incredibly frustrating and ended up breaking the nail file in the process. I thought I’d call and give some feedback. I called and none of my presses would get through so it kept talking to me and asking me to make selections but not accepting them. I noticed on my receipt I had an opportunity to do a survey. I went to the survey website which required a 16 digit survey code but my receipt has a 17 digit code on it and that didn’t work. I called back and the phone tree didn’t work again. What does it look like when somebody is pretending to want feedback but actually actively thwarting it? When the phone tree finally did work for me, I was on hold for so long that I just Hung up. I was still feeling pretty positive after the nail file broke. Then angry and then I realized in order not to be frustrated I just have to lower my expectations. Done.
