Had a computer issue that they fixed. They recovered all of my data offered suggestions to improve it. My computer has never been faster. I wish I would have talked to them prior to purchasing it. Very helpful and reasonable.

They wouldn't give us our money back for parts they ordered even though those parts didn't fix the problem. Now, I have to spend more money to get a real professional to fix it right. They might be good at IT services but I won't be doing any more business with them

From the moment I called I could tell these guys lead a very professional shop. The only thing I had to wait on was the part which is in no way their fault especially because once they got the part they called me in even when they were about to close and got a full phone repair job done in less than an hour. I'll be returning with any future problems I might have and recommending to anyone reading this.

Took CPU in for repair, computer would boot to a blue error screen. They repaired and upgraded the computer for me. It now runs much more efficiently. Most importantly they were able to save all of the files that were on my hard drive and installed them on to the new solid state drive. I dropped off the computer on Thursday and the repairs were estimated to be done on Monday, received a call on Friday letting me know they were done 3 days early!!!

**Update** I spoke with Elizabeth, who listened to what I had to say about the service I received, she apologized on behalf of the business ( which I appreciated). She also had me bring my laptop back in at my earliest convivence so that they could have a chance to resolve the issues that I noticed. She was very professional. The issues that I previously listed have been resolved. I brought in my brand new Asus laptop that I had purchased in February of 2021. There was no previous damage to the laptop when I purchased it at the time. I was working on my laptop when I spilled hot chocolate on the keyboard. I immediately researched a computer repair shop in the area, and decided to go with Armor's services. I brought in my laptop, and told them what happened. Also, how the screen began to flicker, and the laptop would no longer began to turn on. They kept the lap top for a few days until a new part was delivered. When the work was completed on my laptop, and I paid, I noticed that my laptop was not in the same condition as I had brought it in. The keyboard frame was had bubble like dents on it, the sound no longer worked, and there was a piece missing on the underside (helps the keyboard be balanced when on a flat surface). I have not gone back to ask them to fix my laptop, because it has been 2 months, and I don't want them to try to blame me for the laptop being in the same condition. I do know that it was a young guy with blonde hair and glasses that assisted me. I would really like for my laptop to be back working in the condition before I brought it to Armor. I paid a lot of money for my laptop, only for it to come back in worse condition from this repair shop.
