Went for a covid test, the pharmacist came over and explained they weren't supposed to be doing the test until the next day, that they'd just got told the day before they even would be doing them. James took the time to call and find out if he could go ahead and give me the test. He was very nice and professional. I call the Walmart Pharmacy today to ask a question and Kim answers the phone. She thinks she's a comedian and is basically lazy. I asked if James was there, she said "no only 1 pharmacist is required to work at Walmart Pharmacies on the weekends", complaining to me on the phone she was at work and then she says with an attitude, "you can call back Monday for James". Okay, moved past that and I asked her for Quest Diagnostics phone number and she says, "nope don''t have it", which I already knew she does have it because James called them yesterday. I didn't argue with her or question it further, I just hung up and will take my business elsewhere.

There is ONE pharmacist at this location who is an absolute nightmare. He calls people's doctors and actually argues with them about how to run their practices. No doctor wants to put up with that. As of today I know three separate individuals who have had problems with this place and I'll never go there again.

The unwillingness for these people to talk over the phone is beyond me. They insist that you have to go into the pharmacy for them to check anything. They should be able to talk to people and confirm certain information over the phone. I understand they are busy and have lots of people to accommodate to in store but some people can't just come in and talk in person. Very rude and unprofessional, save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere that VALUES their customers.

You can stand in line, or there are a couole of ways to speed it up. (Btw, to escape long checkout lines if you don't have much, the pharmacy will check it out for you along with your medications). You can download the app and use it to walk right up to a different part of the desk, get handed your stuff and get going. Or, you can use the phone number on the bottle and save the waiting time to fill the prescription. Basically, walk in the door, wait in line once, and take off. Nuff said?

Staff behind the counter are extremely rude. They can't do anything but check you out. I needed to add insurance and they made me go to another window and then I had to get back in line to get my prescriptions. For just a pick up of meds I was there for 53mins.
