Came into this bank earlier today to ask a question about an order I placed for checks that I made on 6/25 at another branch. Was greeted immediately and Benjamin was more than helpful!!!! he was super professional and kind. :) gave me his business card in case I needed to update or have any questions. Not sure why this bank has a lot of bad reviews. Benjamin is just great! If I ever have a different issue and need assistance, I’ll stop by here again for this location is close to my work. Horrible customer service and extremely condescending employees. Do NOT waste your time at this location . I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes from my home than go to this one.

Went to the bank to waive the fee. The greeter did good job, The teller who assisted not very kind. She told me to call the customer service number. She didn’t even bother to apologize for the inconvenience . I dont think i would have done this to my customer because I also work at bank.

Not sure the purpose of this building. Essentially a room with ATMs and guys who can direct you to the ATMs(nice guys though). Offers zero services a bank should or usually does. Have to make 2 atm withdrawals instead of a teller assisting you. They even pointed me across the street to Wintrust Bank so they could assist me with a common bank service. 2 visits to this location has convinced me to move my accounts to Wintrust.

Garbage bank. The quick accept for credit card payment does not work. My business has been waiting 15 days and still have not received funds. No one can give me an answer as to why.

General staff was friendly but I was extremely surprised with the Private Client Specialist at this location, I believe her name was Laurie. All I wanted was to open a new checking account, she pulled up my account and instead asked how I'm even a Private Client with just $30,000? I'm just looking to open a checking account not have an investigation as to how I'm a Private Client! It was very unethical and, frankly, rude. I have investments, but she didn't look at that she just was digging in the wrong places. I felt a violated when working with Laurie.

It's a room with the most awful ATMs - like someone thought it would be cool to have fancy ATMs and 'new' software, that is barely usable. Would rather use a run down ATM at a run down 7-eleven, while being held up at knife point.
