Great location. Helpful staff. AutoZone does so more than the other guys. They've got the tools and they aren't afraid to use or let you use them. AutoZone is the only place I go for batteries now. The battery test works. If you suspect you have a problem go find out. Only takes a minute.

Thank you AutoZone. You specialize in manifold parts for cars and whatnot but also in hiring professional and enthusiastic representatives that go above and beyond, in selling them. Kevin N. was knowledgeable, polite and proficient in rendering excellent customer service towards me. I came for a headlight and left with satisfaction, as well. I hope that Kevin N. remains at the Evanston Doge and Dempster location. Hey good evening as an entrepreneur business point of view. As an employer for any company you should know some of the knowledge your other locations of the same company. You are selling products to consumers every single day and if you do not have an item in store at this location you should direct the customer to the next location for the product without not knowing and not helping a customer to the next location because once you lose that customer you have lost value and profit of coming to the store at that location because you don’t know how much a customer is wanting to spend. Once that customer walks out the door you just gave them an opportunity to find a different company to support the business and the value
