Very disappointed in their fundraising program. Their app and their online catalog ordering do not work. They failed to confirm my order but they charged my card. Most of my customers gave up on trying to order because nothing worked to do orders. I will not particpate in another yankee candle fundraiser. Very poor service and customer service was absolutely no help.

I always have good experiences at this store but last night one of the workers did more than expected for me. I don’t know the guys name, but he saw that I had left my Sephora bag outside of the store and he brought it in the store and called Sephora to get my name and number to contact me about my bag and had them watch for me incase I came back to get it. He could’ve just left it for someone to take but instead he took the initiative to make sure I got my bag back! This guy is so polite and does more than just his job! Yankee candle, please give this man a bonus because he is the bomb and I will always come back to this store because of him.
