I had such a wonderful experience! I got a gel pedi and a fill for my acrylics, the gentleman that did my services was spot on, I will definitely be back!

Gel Nails were 1/4 inch thick like rocks, destroyed my real nails, no wine offered and rush rush out the door.

I don't know what he did, but he ruined my nails. The 1st day they started chipping.. then with in a couple days the gel layers started lifting around the edges. My nails are big very soft and splitting. In response to the owners reply. No thank you. 3 of my nails are still splitting, keep trimming them back in hopes that they will grow out, but they just grow out with a split. My nails are ruined. I only wish that I could give less than one star. Service: Gel manicures

Guy was so rude. My nails are so ugly. The color I wanted he ran out of but he was rushing me so I panicked and picked an ugly secondary color. The guy was rushing through. Guy was SO RUDE I cannot say this enough.

The pedicure was really nice but the gel manicure I got I was not impressed at all. The nails were not even and they did not take the time to clean up the nails when job was done. I have been peeling off access product from my skin since I left. They were kind of rough as well pulling my hand every which way. Horrible experience for the first time. I didn't like my nails at all. I asked the guy to fix it and he attempted to but had an attitude and was rough with me! And my nails were slanted.. I definitely will not be back! Service: Acrylic nails

My daughter and I decided to try Posh for a pedicure. It was horrible! I tried to ask a question about one of the pedicures packages and he laughed and made me feel stupid and I never got the answer. I just let it go. Then proceeded with the pedicures now we both has two separate people . Neither of up had our feet rubbed at all. My heals are still just as horrible and rough as they were before I went in the never even used the thing to get the dead skin and calluses off not once . My daughter still had wet lotion all over her legs . For $170 I expected much more and the service I paid for. We will never be back!!! Service: Pedicure

Very unhappy with the whole experience. Went with a group of friends(party of 6) we had an appointment and made a deposit. We were told we would have a private room for snacks and drinks. That didn't happen. They were rude and judgemental the whole visit. They didn't want to do the nail art requested. And when I got my refill it was horrible, the nails weren't shaped and the polish was lumpy and gloppy. He redid them but the acrylic is so think they still look horrible. No apologies and no discounts given for all the trouble we had I won't be back

We came to Posh today to celebrate the birthdays of 2 close friends. The service was less than impressive. The employees were rude and the manicures and pedicures were mediocre at best. It was disappointing for a bunch of friends looking to spend an afternoon together. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

I have given this place 3 chances now before writing this. The first time, my manicure was so bad, they gave it to me for free because it looked awful. Second time here getting a manicure and they asked me how much I paid for my current manicure that was done at a different salon and when I told them the price he just copied it and said to pay that much today also. I didn’t argue and paid it. Now today, the final straw, I get a pedicure done. The description in the pedicure menu specifically mentioned a cooling gel followed my a hot oil soak. When the pedicure was over and I was asked to pay, I said that the services were never given. She immediately went and got someone else (I’m assuming the manager) who came out and tried to tell me that the oil soak wasn’t included. I had him get a menu and showed him what the description said. He then argued that the oil is included in the lotion they used. I asked about the cooling gel and he mumbled to himself and walked away. I waited 20 minutes and he never returned. I went to the counter to pay and he told someone to check me out. They said the total was still $41. I asked if they were going to take anything off since I didn’t receive the services described. He said no. I said fine I wasn’t going argue I just wouldn’t be returning to this salon. He said that was fine and still charged the full amount. NEVER go here. EDIT TO ADD: After receiving the below response from the “owner” I called the salon back this morning. The person I spoke to told me that he was the owner and he didn’t not respond to my review- it is computer generated and he will not be issuing me a refund. I was also hung up on.
