The pedicure was fine but they did my manicure in the same spot as the pedicure which was weird since everyone else got theirs done in a different area. I paid $110 for my nails and they were unevenly filed and the French tips weren't very square, I had to go home and re-file my nails. This was one of our bridal events and the brides toes was messed up and she even cut her toe, I called 5 days ahead for a specific person and he said he didnt even know about it the day of. For the price I feel like the effort was not up to par. Will not be going back.

Worst experience I have ever had. I took my son with me so we could spend the day together and he’s 7. When walking in I was asked his age and it was specified that he could do a kid pedicure without polish. I was asked which pedicure I wanted I chose the volcano which is 67.00 with gel. I was pressured into getting him the same one which I wasn’t doing. When I asked if they had a kid pedicure the lady stated no but when I walked in I was asked my sons age and I told the lady 7 and I was told that there was a kid pedicure. After I refused to spend the same amount the lady was extremely rude and extremely rough that was doing my pedicure. She did not speak to me at all and even refused to do what I wanted which was a French tip with glitter she painted my whole toe nail twice and I showed her a picture several times and she messed it up so I nicely explained that wasn’t what I wanted and when I proceeded to say that wasn’t what I wanted she insinuated that I had toe fungus. When I got there I told her that my toenail was bruised from hitting it on my bed. After telling her again that it was a bruise and showing I was annoyed she started smiling very sarcastically towards me. I showed her a picture several times and she messed it up so I nicely explained that wasn’t what I wanted She then proceeded to throw my foot back down. I asked her if I had done something because she was being rude. At this point I was extremely upset but tried to remain calm as my son was with me. Upon going to check out my total was 105.00 which I refused to pay and told them at the front desk that I was told there wasn’t a kid pedicure. I told them that this was the worst experience I have ever had. The lady at the front then proceeded to tell me to wait so she could go speak with the person who was in charge. She came back and stated my total was 95.00 and that she was sorry for my experience. I told them I would never be back. I got my pedicure on Saturday and a day later my toe is still swollen because of how rough she was. They are extremely rude I will not be going back. Service: Pedicure

Wonderful experience, left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Pedicure service was amazing, they take their time and products are great quality. The staff is friendly and energetic. My pedicure nail tech was amazing and i ended up copping her nails. Finishing with a metallic over lay. Highly recommend! Prices are a bit high but their services are worth it. The guy who did my nails cut my cuticles too deep to the point they would not stop bleeding. All cuticles are ruined. Two of my fingers are now infected. I hope he cleaned his machines. I like the shape of the nails, but my fingers hurt really bad still. Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

Nina was my nail tech and she was amazing! I was seated immediately, she was so quick, and was able to perfectly replicate what I wanted. Would definitely recommend! Services: Manicure, Nail art, Acrylic nails, Dip powder, Gel manicures

I’m not really sure how many more times I have to ask for “sharper” and “pointier” for them to get it. I literally said “I want it to hurt when I scratch myself” and my nail tech’s answer is “I’m not done yet”. AND YET I am in tears in my car because I have SHORT nails that at FAT AND DULL. I drive THREE HOURS to this place because most of the time they do a better job than anyone else around. However lately I have been extremely disappointed. For the amount that they charge you would think they would listen when I explain that I want them a certain way. EXTREMELY disappointed in this service. Service: Acrylic nails

I got a gel pedicure. Michelle was my nail tech. She was great! I love this place because I can go right after work or on the weekends. I don't need an appointment and I am in and out. Quality work done and great colors to choose from!

Vivian is a genius when it comes to nail design! Pedicures could be better, depending on who you get, there are a couple ladies that don't give you a good exfoliating scrub or foot massage, which is the whole point of a pedicure for me. They do take care with detail but I have had several people break toe nails & then not tell me or blame it on me while I am sitting in the chair. All in all, it's a very clean & organized business & worth checking out for a good pampering! Be sure to make appointments for nails because they stay busy! Do not walk in expecting to get a specific nail tech if you have not made an appointment ahead of time. They are in high demand because they do top notch work & unique designs worth every penny!! Furthermore, their product lasts! I am able to come in about once a month for a full set & since I model, I am always changing it up but every time I am blown away & my expectations are surpassed! I definitely recommend!

I received a gift card to this salon and it was a great choice! Tami did my pedicure and she was so sweet and detailed. I did not catch the names of the two that did my nails, but the man very diligent in his work and the lady did BEAUTIFUL nail art. I truly loved it and I will be back in the future. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I have been to ZaZa’s before pretty regularly. This was my first time back in awhile and boy was it an experience. For starters, I got there at 11:45. I was seated at 1:00. There were multiple customers coming in after me being seated right away. I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. I was seated at table 19 with DANNY. Danny was very rude right off the bat. I asked him for square nails and he proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t do that because 2 of my nails had chips in the corners. I told him that it was fine if those two nails had a wonky shape. He then huffed and puffed and shook his head. He worked super fast and very carelessly on my nails. He cut my cuticles on multiple fingers, he ‘burnt’ my nails while using his hand piece. My nails are all red with a white accent nail with a red heart. The white DIP nail, he used activator to put on the red nails then used the same brush to do my white nails and that colored my white nail red. He used white GEL white polish to cover it up. The hearts are different sizes and on different parts of the nails. There is ALOT of access polish around my nails/cuticles. The shape and lengths of my nails are all different. I then sat down for my pedicure at 2 and waited for about 15 minutes at a chair that had nothing on it. It wasn’t ready to have someone seated there. I told the lady at the front that I wasn’t happy with my nails and that no one has came to me to start the process of my pedicure. She told me that i was next if I wanted to wait. I proceeded to tell her no. She went to ask the manager something and came back and told me that if I come tomorrow he will re do them for free. The last thing I wanted was to come back there. I can’t believe I even paid. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY NAILS. Service: Dip powder
