This place is so rude if you don't want customers lock the door. They rude talk to person so wrong and take stuff out ur hard without asking questions. I've been here 3 times in the am and just had to do a review on them. Close this Place ASAP

I was on hold for 10 minutes. I called again and was in hold right away. The back ground noise for both time sounded that no one was at the store I just heard a one on one conversation about something else then cars things. I finally was able to talk to a worker and went to the store right away to get my car part that I need. When I was going to pay the cashier had the worst attitude. She was very rude during those moments. Would get the review a 0/5 if it gave me a chance too.

Walked in and out for a few things. Staff was nice...don't typically like walking in to auto zone but this was when I was in Chicago. This place seems better in several ways. Store was nice and tidy.

I requested to have my battery check. The service man told me to go out and let my hood up. He came out twice to other cars and did not even acknowledge me. It was hot as hell and I waited close to 15 minutes before I left. This location was on Sibley in Dolton, Il.

It's really amazing how the employees of this store know absolutely nothing about fixing cars. Its quite mind boggling seeing how you work in a car part store every day. Only reason I gave 2 stars because they actually do have the parts in stock, but good luck because chances are they will give you the wrong one. Then your spending all day Wondering why something won't fit. Super low quality customer service.

A guy named Christian asked me to do this review. He helped me check my battery, I wasn’t gonna buy one and have never been to autozone but he made me feel positive about it so I ended up buying one. He’s great and i think he’s a manager. I will be coming back for sure.
