My phone had stopped charging, so I needed a new one. I have been a customer for awhile and was due for a upgrade anyway. I arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing. Despite cutting it so close to closing time the saleslady took the time to show me all the models with their prices and features available to help me choose the right phone for my needs. I appreciated that. That was a plus in this experience. I want to say her name was Imari or something similar. Very friendly and didn't pressure me on sales. The only negative part of this transaction was that she didn't explain or go over what all my charges and fees were going to be. She just gave me one lump sum at the end, I needed the phone regardless so I just paid it. But when I got home and had more time to look over my receipt I did notice that I had some questions on a few charges. But overall it was a decent experience and would recommend.
